I read somehere,a long time ago when i was researching the origins of the mafia,that the word Mafia originated in Sicily from mothers weeping and crying out for their daughter Fia, as calling/wailing ma(my) Fia(daughter's name),throughout their numerous invasions and attacks etc

I wish they would all investigate who is higher up than those people, they are a mere speck in a big big picture.
I agree this is only scratching the surface
This is why they stay hidden, everyone at the top is in the hills with 25 mile radius of different body guards all in contact 24/7 knowing who’s approaching what area etc. they don’t sit and post of socials or even have a social media account and they use people to portray that they are on top and not someone sitting above all them
Prime example is pablo Escobar or el chapo, a face for the media to have all the attention on then soon as the government say he’s becoming to large they get locked aka snitched on by the real big guy
@@eggsellent11 They should host an Oscar Academy in Hollywood for the "best criminal of the decade" and place the crown on the head of some of their own. A lot more going on. Seriously , we all feel terrible for the sad loss of time. Let us hope this is the end of it now. R.I.P on all those gone on, tragic.

Forget the professor , anyone from the streets will tell you,these youngsters ruined a good thing , spoilt rich kids really, lost touch with reality, and loads are going to pay for it

This might sound harsh, however, if Christy was better at what they were doing than the rest of them, that is on them. He must have had some extra charm himself to pull it all off and come out number one. He has never been arrested. It is horrific the drugs world, lethal we all know, but he obviously was better at it than the rest of them and rose to the seemingly highest rank. Horrible, terrible we all know, but truth be told they were all in it for the money when the opportunity arose, and he was the best at it. Very tragic all the loss of life, but a lot more going on, than Christy

@@deebhoymcw2120 From what I know and I know only on the surface, I am open to correction typing on here, as I haven't read in any great depth, in truth I am only passing a comment, but from what I am led to believe Christy Senior was seemingly in jail at a younger age and did time, he continued in that life, and was able to rise to the top of that life, he must have had some extra smarts, charm and confidence than the rest of them. They were and are all in it for the money, horrible terrible world that it is, it is out there, and can't be erased for the most part, it can't, people have suggested legalizing drugs etc, however, I watched Crime Inc. it described the benefits of crime, tragic as it is, the loss of life is terrible, horrendous, the worries for all mothers, but Christy Sr. must have been able to get people on his side, and seemingly did so very successfully, He was the smartest of the lot. There is jealousy even in corruption, he was better at it than them and made the most money, tragic, but my guess would be, there are a lot of bigger names than Christy's hiding behind him. I really find it hard to believe, people from the region those plants are grown would hand over the power to a non national. A lot more going on, that is not being published. Just my thought everybody likes their own. Like I said I am open to different views on the matter but I feel they don't want to find Christy, he can bring a lot down with him, with who and what he knows, he is only a pebble in a big ocean of corruption. I hope they never find him, like I said, everybody likes their own. I am Irish .Christy is probably too much of a gentleman himself to turn the others in, he is. Christy could be the most trust worthy, most loyal and honorable and reliable of the lot, that is why he reached the height to acclaim in that field., they could trust him. There was something different about him that drew people toward him, they obviously had more faith in him, he reached the top of the trade. Terrible trade it is, we all know that, but I think the rest are jealous, they are., he was better at it than them. He made the most money and could keep people on his side. This is in what is allegedly illegal activity, what would he have been like in a legal field, a legal politician, although people say a lot of them are legal criminals, that is life, but with Christy's smarts , it is a pity he wasn't give a chance in politics when he finish his sentence, he would have Ireland no 1 in the E.U. he would. He is obviously very clever, but must have a lot of charm and loyalty as well.They are hiding behind him. I honestly feel these site are a lot of anti-Irish propaganda, making the Irish look bad and the worst out there, in an ocean where they are mere pebbles. The regions where these plants are grown are the people to look for, crooked politicians, abuse of power, deprived people and desperate people to survive.There is a war on drugs world wide, however, the Irish didn't start it. I am not being bigoted as I am not a bigot, but statistics are there, these areas and regions are economically deprived., it is a matter of recourse for the natives.

@@TRY.BE.BETTER If your response is for me, not being sarcastic, I don't really understand slang, do I get diner with supper?, the answer is no, ah ha however I am not into gang or slang sayings, although I don't fully speak or write the Queen's English either. Being honest I feel Christy is carrying a lot of undeserved blame, he is probably very loyal and trustworthy and dependable to his associates, and is too honorable to turn the others in, he was the best at what he and others were doing, he was. To reach the height in an illegal field he must have had some extra charm or honor, the old Irish saying quote "there is honor among thieves " unquote comes to mind. Truth be told they like him, those he dealt with and trusted him. We all know it is an illegal treacherous field, a horror show especially for the addict and those they love and love them, it is, but we must "call a spade a spade" they were all in it for the money and Christy was better at it than them, that doesn't make it right, but it doesn't make Christy the only wrong one, they were and are all wrong in that field. Tragic loss of lives. R.I.P. on all those gone on.
