Sort of. I record most gameplay through replay files, because these take up less space than regular recordings. For this game in particular, the difficulty was high enough that I wouldn't be able to beat it on a single credit my first time playing it.

I think special stage has 2 different stages base on your ratio this one if you've less 100% and altered one when you reach 100%

How do you know the target? Is it just cutscene?
The scene just before the mission makes it clear who the target is. For example, see 1:13.
