Also I compete in a lot of hometown gymkhanas and there the events are kind of strange but extremely fun it also doesn’t matter if you mess up because it is really all just for fun!! 🤩

I know it would have taken up a lot of time but I would like to have had an explanation of all the letters (wpra, pra etc) some were obvious but others had me scratching my head.
WPRA: Women's Professional Rodeo Association PRCA: Professional Rodeo Cowboy's Association WCRA: World Championship Rodeo Alliance IPRA International Professional Rodeo Association
Rodeo associations were started to ensure the people putting on the rodeo actually had the money to pay the winning contestants and later to provide some basic hospitalization insurance for contestants and to make sure the rules were the same for everyone.
