what i really hate about all this videos is that you have everything set up before and then show how easy it is ! its not easy because you not showing how you connected open AI to your zapier , that you need authentification key ect ! at least add to your video description that this is not for begginers ! waisitng peoples time trying to figure out why my screen is not same as yours just tricking people to clinc on your video to get more views but its not helpfull when you not shoing the full pictuee.

Thanks! In regards to your question, the best way to set this up would be to have a centralized location for all the relevant product photos; for example, Google Drive would be a great option!

In this context, it would be best to use an app like Airtable. Upload the images you want to use there, and then use Zapier to find the photos you want to use depending on the day. This is also possible in Google Sheets, but it is much more complex!

I would also want to know how to include my own photos in airtable and then generate the post instead of using AI-generated images but I have gotten lost in Airtable as I have never used it and couldn't find a video to help me out with indexing the photos. I have a question; Can I use it to auto generate a Facebook Group post without installaing zapier in that group? Example; I’m in a group for educational teachers and i have a Company who sells products for that target group. Every time my Company releases a new product i want to Make a post in that group with a little text/content about that product and a link to the product on our page. Is this possible?
What you described would be possible, but it would still require Zapier to access the API of that Facebook Group and, therefore, provide you with the ability to input the relevant information. The workflow would be triggered when you release a new product, and then we would retrieve the relevant data and post it to the Facebook Group.
Very helpful! Only thing is it would have help if added the end result to the video. So maybe the actual Facebook post would really go a long way in providing a context to what the post would look like.
He's probably on free tier account. Cuz zapier monthly is SOOOO expensive
just had a question, I'm trying to start an Automation Agency and automate processes for businesses. How exactly would I use Zapier to automate THEIR tasks? Like for example if i were to try and automate their customer Aquisition, connect their Facebook leads to their Gmail, to their Slack, to their CRM, etc.
Would I need to have access to their accounts? Like would I need to know their login information, login to their accounts and connect it from them? Or is there a different/easier way I could do that? Is there a way for me to create a Zapier workflow and send it to them for them just to login in the different apps, then it would work just fine. Is there a specific way Zapier has created so that I can help other businesses automate their workflows?

I have a question, there's no option for gpt4 model on my end even if I have gpt4 subscription. I don't know what to do to make it appear on the drop-down menu. Any thoughts on this? Thank you!
OpenAI is currently rolling out GPT-4 accounts. I believe their goal is to make it available as an API to everyone by the end of August. I also want to point out that the traditional Chatbot website for ChatGPT is different from accessing OpenAI API directly. you need to top up your openai api account with 5$ to get access to gpt-4 api, or (maybe) you need to spend at least 1$ using API to get access
