While I believe the original trilogy, episodes 4-6, are better movies than the prequels 1-3, I still find the Clone Wars to be a more intense/interesting conflict than the Galactic Civil War.
Galactic civil war was more of a liberation from a tyrannical government while the clone wars was more a fight of 'freedom'. But i still agree with you. :D

It would've been nice if the prequels showed more interaction between the clones and jedi. It would've made Order 66 hit alot harder. Myabe even show conflict between the clones, like with the few that resisted the order.

Count Dooku created a weapon called the Protodeka which has insane firepower, destroying over 10 republic walkers in about 10 seconds. He escaped the planet with Cydon Prax, in one of those Trade Federation rocket ships. But from playing the game, you can see how vast the junkyard planet is!
Remember, for Episode 2 and 3. Scense with Clones = cool. Scense with Padme/Jar Jar / helmless Anakin = boring. I wish for Clone Comando Movie. Nearly just Elite Clones and Mandalorian mercs.
