Utterly agree. Possibly best Male performance of an Argentine tango, since Vincent Simone himself. Agree with earlier comments, I Really didn’t think the track would work for this dance. I was WRONG. These 2 Tango choreographers are amazing, and Rhys and Nancy delivered with aplomb.

The one couple left with no "represents a demographic" type of hype / story, and Nancy being a new, 'under-spoken' professional, I think Rhys' actual dancing has been horribly under-voted. I'm pleased the judges scoring was 'right' this week ... (in my peanut gallery opinion :)
I couldn't vote last night due to a myriad of reasons. My vote wouldn't normally be for Rhys but I would have voted for him last night. I'm a massive fan of Rose and dare I say it Dan, but that dance was probably the best I've seen in the whole of SCD (Not that I know anything about dancing) That'd the best way of silencing critics. Both AJ and John made mistakes last night (even to my untrained eye) and should be in the bottom two (based in last night alone).

I get emotional watching this, because he needs this. He needed this dance to solidify himself as a semi finalist. He’s earned it truly, and I am obsessed with how steady on his feet he was. It was impressive because you didn’t expect it. He’s come back since being continually knocked down. Rhys Stephenson you are what this show is about. Good for him.
Wow. This is Rhys' best dance by a mile. He got the character and energy of this dance spot on and the connection to Nancy was just electric. Technically brilliant as well. Craig said there was a timing issue in the grapevines but I didn't see it. 10
Score: *10!!!* DAMN RHYS!!! THE LOOK FROM RHYS AT THE END, HONEY GET A ROOM!!! The timing and the coordination from both Rhys and Nancy was just AMAZING!! The fact that the sultry emotion was there from beginning to end was just WOW! Not to mention the ending trick was just superb. This reminds me of Tilly and Nikita two weeks in the bottom 2 and then like "OH NO HONEY WATCH ME TAKE YOUR WIG!!" and my wig is snatched!! LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT!!!

I can watch this over and over again. It's an absolutely supreme performance. There's no way, that this can be at the bottom again. This is absolutely mesmerising and magical. I love it. Bravo, Rhys! You are so talented and gifted!!! What a chemistry. Just beautiful.
Score - *10/10* This might be one of the best Argentine Tango's on strictly. It had so much leg kicking and connection. The mood setting of the performance was fantastic. I really loved all the ganchos to they were really neat and clean! He had no mistakes, his hold was perfect, he has really improved on his posture and containing it. I think it's better than his Charleston and his synchronisation was on point. Frame perfect just everything, it was so much better than I expected and they knocked it out of the park with choreography. I really want him to keep improving

Best male celeb Argentine tango in my opinion! I didn’t breathe or look away the whole time loved the reaction from the other pros and Celebs they are such a close and supportive bunch this year. You can see in every dance off it feels bittersweet to them they want to go through but don’t want to say goodbye to someone else
Before last week and his amazing Waltz I hadn't been a fan of Rhys - finding him to frenetic with little discipline and control. But this Argentine Tango took my breath away! Typing this after the Results programme and am so pleased that the public voted for Rhys and Nancy to dance in the semi-finals. 👏👏👏👏

Nancy can really take any person and make them shine!! Of the celebrity dancers, I think Rhys shows the most improvement. Clearly shows his devotion and hardwork. He thoroughly deserves it.
