Ebay should be doing a better job at removing search manipulation and misleading titles. Like calling GrimGuard prints "W40k krieg" and leaving it up to the buyer to figure it out
This happened to me while trying to sell official GW Blood Bowl models that I painted myself. Got and email from Ebay stating that Brandshield deemed the GW model that I painted was a counterfit. I've sold several painted models before without issues. Now I feel I cant sell my comission painted models anymore. Totally sucks

AI doesn’t need to be accurate here. If they nuke any miniature related listing it’s technically good for GW. It doesn’t matter if they get it wrong, there are virtually no consequences here.
GW wouldn't need to do this if they didn't keep raising their prices, and making stupid decisions with lore and stupid looking models, Lumineth and new Cities of Sigmar look stupid, the CoS have helmets that look like bells, they look like bell ends, bring back old style empire looks, remember the guy from the cover of the first Cities of Sigmar book, the greatsword guy, how cool was he, now look at the bland bell ends they have now, the look more like the Halflings from Warhammer Fantasy. Also the new Liberators have those dumb big nose looking helmets, and the Prosecutors helmets look more like chaos helmets, and not even cool ones, the previous ones looked way better, these don't even match the army.

I've had it with games workshop!!! This is the whole reason why they did that age of sigmar thing so they can license specific names and you couldn't make miniatures with that name!
Warhammer isn't some generic game name. I don't pull out my Marvel miniatures to play Warhammer. Nobody calls Star Wars Legion, Warhammer: A Galaxy Far, Far Away.
But GW WANTS everything to be Warhammer. They don't call it "Tabletop gaming" with GW, everything is "The Warhammer Hobby". They have pushed it like they are trying to be like Kleenex, where the brand name becomes the entire genre. So, they have to deal with the results
But selling an authentic GW miniature is a legitimate thing to do! Of course you should tag a Warhammer mini as a Warhammer mini. They want to stop the proxy sales and will probably end up devaluing their creations even more. How will a Mordheim Carnival of Chaos ever be sought after if it disappears from the global consciousness?
Good maybe now when I search for used GW I won't be inundated with bad quality 3d reprinters. Lets be real its not the authentic GW merchandise ebay sellers that are affected, it's the people abusing the search engine and 3d print sellers. If someone wants crisis protocol on etsy or ebay then they'll search for it. In the USA it is perfectly legal to use a trademark name to sell something as long as the item is actually the trademarked product, selling 3d prints but putting 'for Warhammer' in the title isn't covered. I'm all for complaining about GW overreach, but at least make it something valid not this trash

There are tons of FLGS that sell on Ebay. If they can't offload excess stock then they won't order as much.
