27:15 That's a long comment, but anyone who is thinking about playing cass it's worth reading. Cassio is my most played champ and I agree with everything you said here Curtis. I personally play this champ because I enjoy her outplay potential and her extreme amount of dps. I have gotten so many easy double kills when the enemy jg ganks me. But, it's true, her kit feels outdated and there are games where she feels impossible to play and in order to win you must do these "weird R flashes or desperately camp a bush to catch someone with R" as you have mentioned in previous videos. If the enemy has a rell, diana or other engage champs then the game can be pretty favorable for you. If the enemy has a Syndra/Caitlyn/Seraphine good luck. But, to anyone who's reading this and is looking to pick up a new champ for mid then cass isn't worth it imo. She requires time to even play her at a decent level and she reuires you to have very good micro in general because she has no dash, you only have your kiting skills and your ability to hit q's R's etc. The hard games on her feel way harder than they should be, this champ is extremely unforgiving. A rework on this champ would be amazing but I don't know if Riot will do it anytime soon because her pickrate is like 1.5% every season so they don't really care.
@dirtydard4870 Hmm, idk exactly but I would give her a more reliable source of damage. Because if you miss Q on her you are a minion. The enemy must be poisoned for you to be useful. A good buff could be that if you hit R stun then the enemy would instantly become poisoned. I'd make her Q wider or change the ability completely, give her more ms so she can survive more. Idk what else rn. If anyone has ideas feel free to reply. I think Riot should make her stronger in a way that it doesn't reduce her skill cap and it doesn't make her broken. I wouldn't like to see a reworked cassio with 10% pick rate. I would like her to remain a high skill champ that few can play really well. Edit: I would also give her better wave clear, it feels so awkward to shove waves compared to other mages.

What should I do if i am stuck in the Taiwan/ Hong Kong server (rank population is extremely low), I couldnt transfer to other servers and riot now blocks opening new account outside your IP location?
Is there maybe a way to use a VPN to create an account or play on the Tencent Chinese servers? Since you are in Taiwan region I assume you speak Mandarin, so you could ask on Chinese/Taiwanese forums how people from your region can play on Chinese servers. There probably is an option out there for you, good luck.
Nothing pisses me of as a Kayle main that my champ has to wait to 6 to get poke (yet actual ADC's get to play top alot now), doesn't have a real escape even though I have freaking wings and yet if you have enough mastery you can do well in all the ELO's and play TOP + Mid. Such a weird blend of non-sense.
Bro in eune they dont even trade order picks in draft for rank they all hog their spot they dont even counter pick they are mechanically better then the na server but horrible mentality they wouldnt get macro because its not a mechanical out play its crazy
