    Love acv for the skin.
    I put water and acv on a cotton pad every night and use it on my face as a toner. Let it dry. Then I apply niacinamide cream and my skin looks bright, blemish free, it’s amazing! Been doing his for years
    Also I started about a month ago putting half a cup of acv in my 2 yr old daughters bath once a week and it has cleared her eczema! I haven’t had to use cortisone creams on her since

    I'm on my 7th day with this tip and I"M IN LOVE IN IT! I didn't have a problem with acne, but with uneven skin texture and lots of micro pimples, it's a looooot better now! I use it twice a day, I have oily skin and use mix of ACV and white tea in 1:1, after this I apply serum and moisturizing cream. I still have some acne scars and don't know if it will be even better, or not, but I'm already very gratefull with the effect I got, the skinn is soo smooth now! When I look into the mirror day by day it's like my face is in some procces of photoshopping itself :D I recomend this to try, beacuse it really works :)

    I actually cleaned up huge brown moles and skin tags with ACV. I used hot wax around the mole to attach a cotton pad to it and then used a pipette to wet it with ACV every hour. The lagest mole took 8 days to burn away, some brown tags were destroyed in only one day. After skin healed no scars were left and redness faded away in a month.

I use 1TBSP apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup distilled water, 1 TBSP rose toner or rose water, 1 TBSP aloe vera gel ( I used Botanic Hearth aloe vera gel , contains Vit C, which I got on Amazon and love it ), 1/2 tsp glycerine, a pump of jojoba oil or other, I apply with a pad and use it every day and already after a few days , I see the difference it has made to my pores and skin appearance. Try the new Goli ACV gummies. They don't taste like crap like when you drink it they taste great and also have pomegranate in them. They have them on Amazon, and yes the mother is in them. I've been taking for about two months and my face is clearer.

    ACV burned my chest and forehead area using 50/50 ratio. I failed to use moisturizer other than lotion. Beware if you have dry skin or sensitive skin, wash off don't leave in and use moisturizer. Be careful folks.

    I can say it has helped me along on several issues but i have to admit it is a very strong for my throat (I'm a singer) that i have to dilute with plenty of water when I have to drink it. 😵

    • @princesama1353
      @princesama1353 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That is how you are supposed to drink it...diluted with water. Drinking it straight up will mess up your throat and teeth and intestines.

    • @UU-ww6hc
      @UU-ww6hc 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@princesama1353 It is strong for me even mixed with 0.5L for a spoon of vinegar.

    equal parts would be too strong for most skin, One TBSP per 2 cups water is more like it but if you use your dilution , I would not leave it on but wash off after a few minutes. thanks !

    I love apple cider vinegar take 1 tablespoon diluted in water 1st thing in morning. My hubby says it helps him sleep so he takes it again at night. Trying the face thing now but just FYI….bill gates bought Braggs so if any of you are concerned about that news, you might want to try a different organic brand or even one from costco.

    Thank you I suffer from acne and I’m tired of people asking if I wash my face or I need to see a doctor when ik there are thing I can use from home like apple cider and just a regular soap cleanser not all these extra products if I’m already struggling with acne these extra prices will cause more breakouts because I’m trying to find out what works best some do work but not long term
