The potato thing is called 'begedil' , you can pronounce it as 'burger-dale' or バーガーデル It's like korokke but without the panko. 🤤
About the video in Sho's hometown, I suppose a video of your family's reaction to Malaysia's foods/snacks will be nice too! Sho's cooking of char kuey teow too! 😆
Also, I want to see a little bit of Hokkaido! I suppose it will be snowy around that time. ❄ Also, maybe a popular local food/snack there? 🤩

I m curious & lookin forward to watch your char kueh teaw. Since the noodle is not available in Japan or other related ingredients if u plan to cook other dishes e.g chicken curry, beef rendang, fish asam pedas, ayam goreng berempah & etc, i suggest u bring them all from Malaysia. 😊

You have to bring fresh kway teow to Japan. Just buy it from supermarket before you leave for airport to ensure freshness. The other thing is kway teow sauce, although not absolutely essential, makes it easier to get the flavours in one sauce. To me, also something mandatory, is pickled green chillies (cili jeruk) as garnishing but that you can make in 5 mins yourself. All other ingredients, you can buy fresh there in Japan.
As for videos, show us your hometown/village, a day in the life of your family, and something unique about where you stay (e.g geography, commerce, fishing etc.). As several others mentioned here. food reaction to Malaysian snack, noodles etc would be good.

Btw, there was one in your video talk about seeing kids at outside or outdoor in nighttime in Malaysia is not common in Japan.
    * I would love to know more about the common in Malaysia but not in Japan & vice versa. If you can have these kind of conversation with your family there.
    * Food reaction!? of course! That is a must
    * I also want to watch what you are eating in Japan like you do in Malaysia, If it is OK

I would love to see u cook Koay teow to your family. But before u do that, u can make a video to cook for yourself first. If Anything goes wrong we all can guide you to cook it better.
If you buy Koay teow from supermarket, what I usually do is to rinse away the oil smell first then cook it.
