The "long thing" at 6:24 was either razor clam or bamboo clam. I'm not sure which one but they are quite similar in appearance. I don't know what Peninsular people call it but in Sarawak it's called ambal.

Beside China, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Ipoh, Genting Highland, Cameron Highland...excluding the many beautiful beaches world class, waterfall, river, hill climb: Ipoh) can be ranked worthwhile tourist visit without breaking one's pocket, the many many great food varieties. But was a very underrated country because it did not heavily promoted worldwide. And the food price is the cheapest among all these countries including hotel stay and air flights (Asia Asia) and Ground Transport City Taxi (Grab). Chinese food best quality and has many2 varieties.

Come to Ipoh. Best many food including steamboat grill buffet below RM$50. Steamboat at $30 too cheap. Good choices of Ingredients will be affected but I notice ingredients not bad. Where is dipping chili sauce and not many vegetables varieties and assorted mushrooms quite limited. No complaint. Already not bad food selection for reasonable price RM$32
