How to upload 3d printer firmware when USB is not recognized by PC
My MKS GEN L V1.0 board not recognized by PC when i tried to upload firmware .after searching many forums i found that using ICSP pins we can upload firmware in MKS GEN L board(any board with ICSP pins on board) using Arduino UNO as programmer

Thank you this video was EXACTLY what i was looking for. i have the same board. the same problem connecting to usb. and the same Arduino ONE. I had some trouble compiling marlin in arduino. i had to use old Arduino Ide 1.8 and the stock firmware for this Artillery Genius from the official website.

Both boards same architecture when it comes to firmware. You can find information in web and youTube.
It is basically the trusty old Arduino Mega + RAMPS 1.4 combo integrated into a single board. If you look up MKS Gen L docs you will see it has a ATMEGA 2560 CPU which is the same as the Arduino Mega.
