This video would be nice if it wasn’t for all the interrupting commercials. I like the sounds and the red screen is relaxing BUT when the red screen is replaced every few minutes with a bright commercial it erases any result the previous few minutes might have had. It starts out as soothing until there is a blast of light right in your face. I gave it a dislike ONLY for the commercial interruptions, because I know they won’t go away.

This is supposed to be relaxing but who can relax with an ad every 3 minutes 😢😢 you woke up the baby I spent 2 hours trying to get to sleep, I put this video in front of him, he finally fell asleep and boom! Ad wakes him up 😢😢😢 don't watch this video!
