This was really great. Of course, we all know that there are always pros and cons about anything, but it was really refreshing to see someone state some of the negatives about living somewhere. It's good to know everything you can before making such a big change in your life... and moving is one of those. I, for one, wouldn't mind not ever seeing snow again... Lol! I'm from Massachusetts and have seen enough snow to last me a lifetime. Great video! Thanks for sharing! 🤗

Thanks Angela! It took us a while to come up with the list being as though we both love AZ, but know there are definitely some negatives to living here.

Not just housing prices but the cost of everything here in Phoenix and Scottsdale keeps going up substantially

I was born and raised in Phoenix Metro area. You both nailed it with your list of things to consider before moving to Phoenix. 🙌🏻
It always felt overcrowded and extremely hot. The air quality is pretty terrible too. Moved to Northern Arizona 2 years ago - and now I dread having to make trips down to the valley to see friends and family. 😂😂.
I will end on a positive note though. I miss the cultural diversity that Phoenix has to offer. The various cuisines, day activities, and night life is lacking up here in the mountains. 😏

Thanks Becky! I sure love the mountain life too. What’s the best part about living up North?

@@ArizonaInsider the community is great! Just about everyone I’ve met instantly treats me as a friend and neighbor. We all take care of each other and help meet the needs of others.
The hiking trails and cooler weather places a close 2nd on my list of favorite things up here. 🤗

Dillon it doesn’t get that cool at night in the summers. There are some nights here and there but for the most part they’re warm!
