Man... I remember having a blast playing this in Egypt. Too bad all the instructions were in Arabic, so it took me a while to figure out what to do. I also tried out The House of the Dead 2 at the same arcade, but it was way too loud to enjoy at all. I died at the worms and gave up for good. I've been searching for said arcades ever since, but the closest one has been HotD 4 in an amusement park. My wrist still hurts when I think about it. I could always try them out with light guns, but first I'd need a Sega Dreamcast... and a gun. The local retro gaming group had one, but it's busted. Maybe I'll settle for big screen Time Crisis for now.

Controversial comment, please don't hate me. Since the arcade adapt the second and third Rambo movies, the enemies of this game is obviously the Vietcong and the Soviet army. With the boss are 2 Mi-24 helicopter, a Mi-8 helicopter and a tank.
There are some tutorial videos on that, although I can't recommend a particular one. I have no idea what kind of problems you've run into with TeknoParrot.
This game was nice, my brother played with his friend's younger sister and both couldn't complete this game as they both die in chapter 1 boss stage so I asked my brother to watch this before he played with his friends again. (I can't play due to epilepsy)

I love how cheesy the dialogue is in between the live action cutscenes. SEGA was trying their best to be badass despite the dialogue being generic.

I think this is one of the hardest shooting game SEGA has ever created. Even at Stage 1 can put you into a serious trouble.
I actually agree on this. Stage 1 is impossible to get a no hit without using Rage because of 4:28
It’s a licensed title so they upped to difficulty to make sure all parties involved made as much money as possible off of it.

This should’ve played as a faithful 3D run-and-gun reboot to Taito’s Rambo III,
instead of it being a typical Sega rail-gun shooter.
