  • Here's a never-before seen curotto can. I was actually on my to film another truck because I knew of its route but then I look behind me and I see a curotto can sporting the number 1253 and I was like, "I gotta film this truck." I don't think I mentioned it yet but 1256 burnt down, literally. Someone threw away one of those small green propane tanks and since it was a recycling route, everything in the truck was flammable as can be. So the propane tank exploded and everything in the body of the truck caught on fire. And since CNG is HIGHLY combustible, when the fire reached the CNG tank on top of the truck, it just ignited the fire even more. So the tires, oil pockets on the side of the truck, cab, everything was just singed. And it sucks because it JUST got repainted. So I'm sure the paint crew at Republic were trilled about that haha! The driver in this video was the one driving 1256 at the time as the regular driver was on vacation, lucky him he dodged a bullet! Thankfully this guy was alright with nothing more than some lost hair on his arm!
Also, this is my 90th video, which means number 100 is coming up so I have to plan something special for that. Anyway, not much more to say so thanks for watching this video and thanks to the driver for letting me record, stay safe and enjoy!

They should charge people that throw away propane tanks in the carts with arson. or something like that. I don't even know why people do.
    neat video nonetheless

Yeah, you would think not throwing away an explosive, flammable gas is common sense but I guess not haha. Thanks!
