    Beautifully done Rob, great job! The school has so much developed, and with more children it is even more disciplined and silent. It evokes beautiful memories for all those who were there. And it’s nice to see all the people, who live there. And the liveliness and positive energy of the children, who attend Mother’s school in India.

      Thank You Michael. To be honest... I wanted to make the video about silence, because Ma puts so much emphasis on that. This movie had to support Mother in her attempt to realise that. (She literally said on the day I arrived about the students; "I could do anything for them if they would only be silent.") I think you can generalise that, if all of us would be more silent, her work would probably be much easier and her light would have more impact and effect. So how do you generate that as a film maker? By a slow pace, adding footage of nature, sunsets, the moon, monkeys, the choice of music and live-sounds (birds, crickets, wind), build-in moments of silence.... and most importantly... leave out all the shots that show chaos, dirt, loud noise and disorder.

    I entered this school when i got admission for LKG. Now i am in the age of 13 and studying in vasista ICSE. Here Only i understood the meaning of true friendship,Help nature And matureness.It is because of Mother meera herself because she and main members would come to our home very rarely to talk and communicate with us.Even my brother had studied there and met many children there and made friends which make him got the oppurtunity To make many friends in any other places.I am really saying thank you to Rob slijper Sir to make this video Because this had made me think of my Past memories In that school.THANK YOU SO MUCH.And this is only one reference to myself that one of the students in that white sweater is my friend named lokesh and once again THANK YOU

      Thank You Deekshith. I am glad I could make it. It was quite an experience to be there... What a world. I wish I could take all Indian people to Europe for one day... and all the westerners to India for one day. The difference is shocking. Truly. It made me quite humble.

      Thank you. It is very difficult to find copyright-free and suitable music, but it is so important.... It can make or brake your video... so I spend a lot time (and often money) to get it right.

    Can anyone tell tell me why all the gurus have schools ,and the schools are private and expensive what is the point?

    • @robslijper
      @robslijper  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Not all masters, gurus, avatars have (or had) schools. Some do because they attract people. Devotees want to stay and live with the guru, e.g. in an ashram. Devotees have children, who need some form of education, and before you know there is a school.
      In the case of Mother Meera, it started with Mother helping homeless children, giving them shelter, cooking for them.... and eventually educating them. Through the years the MM-school got so popular, that even wealthy Indian parents applied for their children to join in.

    This is not a fashion show. In terms of clothing, the teachers and elders should be examples to small children. The panty of a teacher at 12.54 is completely exposed to the children and viewers. Rather than wearing inappropriately, this woman would have come without a shalwar. She should not have worn like this inside the Ashram

    • @robslijper
      @robslijper  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This is not a panty Sir... it is a pair of women trousers. This lady is from Western Europe supporting the school as best as she can. Maybe her clothing is not completely in line with Indian tradition but she is doing her best to help her fellow human beings.

    • @smithmariampillai
      @smithmariampillai 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @yvon joy In Deutsch culture, It may be educated and civilized act to expose orifice, virginal openings and exposing the undergarments, but not in Indian culture. Look at Mother Meera a living example for our cultural dress code.
