The SQ2 offers more options than any other line, which is one reason for the additional cost. The vintage maple is just one of the many shell offerings.
me too, heck I love watching the show HOW IT'S MADE and watching how they make erasers or whatever but nothing better than seeing how they make drums and cymbals
i have the force 2005 (special and limited edition) with two kick drums, and i truly love it. Before that i had a delite from 1979, which were my dads but still played great.
German made SONOR products are the real deal! They have been making those drums for 130 years! Yes, they are VERY pricey...serious drums for serious players!
i have a new s class pro stage set, and an old one signature heavy bubinga. i am thinking to get rid of the new one cause it can't compare it even with the screws to the old one. it's trully a hyperborean peace of attention, the signatures
to bad they still don't use reinforcement rings on all their drums, I love their 60's kits they were great looking. These finishes look kind of generic, Like todays cars , you get red black and sliver. Im sure Sonar offers better finishes like a Pearl or a sparkle.
i just recently purchased the force 3007 in autumn fade and it is to die for guys...amazing finish and above all awesome tone.

SONOR--From SONOROUS! Meaning:-having or producing a full, deep,or rich sound. SONAR is an acronym for SOund Navigation And Ranging
Now I understand the high prices of sonor drums. Hi quality in all the process of construction.

0:34 cuts fingers off in 3.2.1......
Hard to say...what is the finish? Does it have the traditional SONOR round headed tension rods, or the typical square ones?
