- A pancake is a flat cake prepared with flour, egg, butter, and milk and cooked in a frying pan with oil or butter. When buttermilk is used in place of milk, it develops a tart flavor and this kind is known as buttermilk pancake. Pancakes are served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or filling. In North America, they are typically considered a breakfast food. The pancake’s shape and structure varies worldwide. Very delicious pancakes! +1👍
Thank you
Looking mouthwatering unique recipe
Thanks a lot
Good recipe, should only ever flip pancakes ONCE, though. 👍
I’ve heard that the various names for pancakes depend on preparation method, location, and personal preference. I like piping hot, thick, fluffy, and sweet pancakes that are cooked to a higher temperature and take longer to cool better than warm, thin, and crispy pancakes that are cooked on medium heat, cool quicker, and are not as sweet. Most importantly, though, I prefer them to be as healthy as a fulfilling breakfast but as sweet as a sugary dessert. I’ve heard that pancakes keep their structure while hotcakes deflate.
👍Yummy😋
Thank you 😋

Why r u frying the pancake with lotsa oil ...? Isnt it better with butter?
In terms of taste, butter is better but oil is the healthier option
Depends on the oil some ultra processed seed oils very unhealthy
Umm I never thought of using butter to fry pancakes, sounds delicious. Thanks gonna do that, butter is always better! IMO
