Makes sense to do sp1 on characters that have decent sp1 bc then you increase your chance to get crits. Like klas lui kang sp2 is 1 hitter. Well you have 1 chance to crit vs like cassie Covert ops gold her sp2 has 3 separate hits so 3 chances to crit vs xray 1 chance. If have gear to make sp2 1 bar then comes down to what special has more hits to it.

AYE!!! :)). These people are literally dedicated in getting so many good gear, especially repeating the tower before it expired. Was fun though. I’m happy with the gear I’ve got.
What gear did u get
Finbar Ndaba frost bomb, mummy, and ofc, the scepter, plus the bracers. Not maxed out, but loved it regardless.

I opened 11 packs and only got vampiress mileena in the last pack.
They really being greedy and unfair in the their packs especially after removal of old store.

the crazy thing is i managed to beat this tower and my characters arent even maxed out.. costed a 1000 souls for all the retries tho
Same goes for me.. i spend around 1000 souls, to complete the lin kuen tower one time (overall i think i beat it around 6 times).
A lot of guys say, it isnt worth to spend so much souls for the lin kuen tower. But in my opinion its worth. A 100% diamond for 1000 souls is quiet good.. i also maxed out few golds i needed.
I beat the tower with maxed out diamonds (appr. 33% of the possible diamonds are maxed out at me... around 12 diamond characters).
But even if someone already has all diamonds maxed out, it still worth to play the lin kuen tower ...because it had gears you cant have from anywhere else.. (and i want to have as much gears as possible.. because the game still has much less gears, than characters (and i like to play with as much characters as possible)
But i agree with others: that the game turned out VERY VERY beginner-unfriendly. I never would begin this game again as beginner. Its a pain in the ass to even get the favorite gold-cards or even favorite bronze cards, maxed out. I am glad i began to play the game before the bbu (=big bullshit update) came.
I just regret it a bit, that i didnt buy the wiedergänger-packs before the bbu ... otherwise i now would have all the diamond wiedergängers maxed out, and the diamond quan chi. I remember, i thought i save my souls ... even if i had around 5000 souls (that was enough back then, to max out all those wiedergängers and quan chi) . Now i probably never will have those characters maxed out. I only want 2-3 diamonds max out, and then i dont put any work in this game anymore. Its just not worth it... And i dont like to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars for a smartphone-game. The publisher is gone insane.
And i also wrote a play-store review, where i dont recommend this game to new ones. They only get frustrated by VERY VERY slow progress.
I play the game for appr 2,5 years. And i have a quiet decent collection now. If i had to estimate how long it would take, to have the same collection , with the same daily work on the game : i would estimate at least 12-15 years. Thats too much for a game with 85% complete characters.
For the same reason i deinstalled ''Injustice 2'' long time ago (which already began with ''bbu'' )

With maxed out equip, battle 200 can be won in one try with gold characters
With maxed diamonds I did battle 200 in two tries with some decent lkt equipment,doubt if you would do it with gold's even with FX lkt equipment
