A few Dragon Ball things
1. Beast Gohan is the official name of what fans call Gohan Blanco
2. Cheelai (the green skin girl) is one of two Frieza soldiers who found DBS Broly, and left the Frieza force to mainly live on Planet Vampa(Broly's "Home" planet), people ship her with Broly so that is why her and Broly are modded over Videl and Gohan
3. Orange Piccolo is a new form he got after wishing on the Dragon Balls for his potential to be unlocked(he got this form in the same movie Gohan got Beast)

That whole first animation kind of feels like it was heavily inspired by Pootis engage, the animation that's sometimes amazing sometimes shitty, the use of the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen, the references, and even the fourth wall break with the animator.

Oh gosh I’m not one to give advice about persona, I’ve heard great things about P5 and I think I watched my cousin play some of P3 but I’m not sure if it was reload or not, but it seemed good

3-5 are the easiest to play since 1 and 2 have remakes but only on PSP.
You do not have to play them in order, as each have references to the other games.
5 Royal is the easiest even on hard mode, 3 Reload is the latest version of 3 ( the only downside is no Femc aka Female version of the main character that was in the PSP version of 3 ).
Persona 4 Golden is somewhere in the middle of difficulty in the Persona verse.
The core gameplay loop of Persona from 3 onwards is hang out with friends, grow social stats, get level ups in dungeons and eventually kill a final boss bent on changing the world.

So with the ending of the Dramatic Finish, normally it's SS Blue Goku vs Kefla in the game to reference the ending of their fight in the Tournament of Power where Goku taps in UI Omen to beat her. In the anime Goku was already really tired from his 1st ass-kicking from Jiren, so after Caulifla and Kale fused into Kefla to fight SS God Goku later turning into Blue Goku, it still wasn't enough. So just like the start of the Dramatic Finish, Goku had to tap into UI Omen to be able to dodge all of Kefla's attacks to get in close to use a charge Kamehameha to grind up her beam to deliver one of my favorite Kamehameha finishers in the series. It's pretty epic ngl

Why am I marketable?
If you want to get into Metal Gear, I believe all the games are on Steam now, and Good Old Games (I hear the GOG version is stabler and has more content). I would start with Metal Gear Solid 1.
