Fr I keep wondering how do phones and other things work like WiFi because I feel like they shouldn’t work just from making stuff that spawns in nature😭
3:33 technically water isnt conductive put impure substances in the water might cause it to have slight conductivity. For example, pure h20 wouldn't conduct very well, but putting salt in water, would cause ions to be in the water which IS conductive. so not only is it because its on multiple spots, its also varies in conductivity.
Technically your finger isn’t conductive but the skin around it is? See how stupid you sound? Water (the kind we use 99% of the time) is conductive BECAUSE of the impure substances. They are a part of the water we use.
3:33 It is important to remember pure H2O does not conduct electricity at all, however water that contains some ions, (often water will contain some salt) will conduct electricity well.
Within the grooves there is basically little bumps. The stylus, which is what the part of the record player that touches the record is called, usually gas a really fine diamond tip that runs within the grooves, reacting with the bumps. The stylus reacting with the bumps create a small amount of electricity which is what eventually makes a sound out of speakers. Each bump is slightly different which is how you can get songs out of it
Hey note on iPhones, most modern iPhones use OLED displays which are self illuminating and self dimming. I’m fairly certain they don’t use that “dimming” layer.
Not just iPhones, but a bunch of other smartphones too. OLED screens have been used for a while, and modern hi-res colourful AMOLED displays have been used since the late 2000s, with Samsung and Nokia in particular having used them a lot. Pretty much all high-end and a decent chunk of mid-range phones use them. There is another thing about them, though, and it's that they almost never have an RGB arrangement (the Samsung Galaxy S2 is one of the very few exceptions). They have what's called a PenTile matrix, which has a very unique layout.
I actually enjoy watching these videos instead of watching random uninformative ones. I'm in AP Physics 2 rn so some terms were familiar! Keep it up and I can't wait till your next upload!
Please please keep these videos coming. It's very hard to create informative videos that are genuinely fun and intriguing to watch but you sir have done just that. Thank you for THIS!
You’re starting to become one of my favorite accounts on here. All of your videos are so entertaining and informative in such a small amount of time, love them.
I'm convinced it's impossible on mobile without slowing it down 😅 For anyone who's curious but lazy: "AYO PAUSE GAME GANG WHERE YOU AT?? last time yall said 2 frames was 2 easy so this time its 1 frame gl with that unless you slow it down or use the slider, like a CASSUAL also we hit 200k! pretty cool pretty cool 1 milly coming up quick also the silver playbutton still hasnt come in :( i think they said it takes like 6 weeks or smthn idk any who ily yall are real ones peace"
I just got this in my recommended and watched it. Then I checked the channel and holy shit there’s a lot I wanna watch now. Good humor, fun editing, charismatic narrator, definitely subscribing!
This. channel is crazy, 200k in like 10 videos, with nearly quadrupling subs each video, you've somehow mastered the algorithm. And I love it, This. channel is awesome.
4:03 but that's only LCD for example OLEDs can just dim themselves or turn off completely (hence better colours especially black) there are also plasma and crt screens which I'm too lazy to explain
also because of that you can control the brightness with software (like windows) instead of having to rely on your monitor settings to dim the backlight
I just found *this* channel today thanks to the yt algorithm and man I must say that *this* channel is absolute GOLD!!....definitely binge watching all ur vids now
Wow, you made more sense in 4 minutes and 29 seconds than any of my science and math teachers did for 8 years. I think I'll watch more of your videos from now on. You explain so well and clear that a little kid could feel like a tech wizard after watching this. I also liked the small comedy you put into it, as well as the amazing editing skills! Keep up this amazing work, you're gonna go far!
Congratulations on over 228k dubs dude Holy shit, i subbed when you had 40k. It really goes to show that luck plays a very minute role in this, and your hard and smart work is what makes you succeed Thank you bringing back my childhood love for science
It feels good to find a channel that i know will be big, a few months in. Like in 2 years time when this channel has 2 million followers, im gonna feel smug af.

Yeah if you take 100% pure H20 it won't conduct electricity BC it's not ionic compound. .
Technically your finger isn’t conductive but the skin around it is? See how stupid you sound? Water (the kind we use 99% of the time) is conductive BECAUSE of the impure substances. They are a part of the water we use.
Tap water also contains impurities so it will still conduct electricity doesn't matter whether you add salt in it or not
and also rain
hate using phone while it's raining
@@keisuperstaryeah rain has dust in it
