No need to be the MG parts. You just add a level to maximum for body part and backpacks you will have thruster capacity many more. In addition you can adjunct the abilities about of thruster add more it by put the ability skill into the abilities slot of other parts all.(green 4 slot, blue 6 slot, purple 8 slot, gold or orange 10 slot)
Would Strike Freedom wings have been better for the back maybe? That way it's Wings of Light could kind of simulate the NITRO effect and No-Name does have dragoons.

The patches won’t change much sadly, the biggest draw back is that builder parts are for looks only they can’t be used in battle. So you can make a unit that looks fine standing still but won’t fight the same way

Nope different customisation completely. Also the builder parts in NGB are cosmetic only, even if you equip weapons they cannot be used in battle. Also the battle system is completely different
Customization wise I think it's the same, at least aesthetically. You equip arms, legs, chest, head and backpack and you can fiddle with the paints and decals. Supposedly there's more you can with builder parts as well, but it's only cosmetic. Also the gameplay in obtaining said parts and what the parts do is completely different than GB3, where it's more like a loot crawler, like Diablo 3 or even Destiny. In NGB you have to grab parts and deposit them in a box before the mission ends or else you're not getting anything. The combat in general also looks less fun, which can only add to the grind for parts.

well... the original has literally eyes on the back of it's head (at least it looked like it, in the scene were it got it's head speared) and the 'eyes' aren't the only optical sensors, I guess, so there might be some more optical sensors under that clear 'cover' on his head . . . maybe ? XO
Fallen is correct in that the "Eyes" arent the optical sensors most Mobile suits, the Astrays included contain additional optical cameras that allow for near 360 degree detection Other wise the physical asthetics -at least from an in universe perspective - are likenable to war paint in that the look of a suit is supposed to give an enemy pause. Grunt suits like a Zaku or Djinn are all pretty much the same with different variations for specific mission parimetres while suits like Gundams and such are designed to install awe or fear or sometimes simply to shock, to whatever degree that is depends on the gundam. The No Name Astray's head unit I believe is derived primarily from the Amatsu Mina custom Astray, which was designed to have more of a sleak demonic look to it, which the No Name embodies to a degree as well in general, along with its Gun Slinger motif.
and Chars red was like giving everybody else the middlefinger... like saying "come and shoot me... if you can!" . . . at least that's one of the interpretations XD

GN sword 3, from the looks of it and from his previous builds it’s likely using Kampfer shotguns for his ranged attacks along with builder parts
