What did you use there, anyway? The Red Meteor almost looks like it has completely diffrent arms.
I use Rebawoo arm and builder parts Additional Armor Plating, Minovsky Flight Internal Armor, Angled Vernier.
ReBawoo, huh? Not bad, almost couldn't distinguish it from a regular GT arm, and it fits better with the Sinanju torso anyway. :P
