Today we shared our first impressions of Bohol. We did it the local way, speaking with locals, eating local food and learning more about the Philippine's culture. Bohol is well known for its stunning Chocolate hills and Tarsier monkeys, but in todays vlog, we did not know Bohol was like this.

⭐️ Jollibee is iconic Filipino fastfood. McDonalds can’t even come close. So do give it try.
Must have on their menu:
Chickenjoy
Spaghetti (just because it’s PH style)
Pineapple Juice
Peach Mango Pie
…maybe try Palabok
…Aloha or Champ burgers
You ate green mangoes (pre-ripe stage) that’s meant to be tart (locally served with bagoong -fermented shrimp paste).
Our fully ripe mangoes, on the otherhand, are best in the UNIVERSE! 😝
just uploaded a video about both today ahaha We still have to try the mangoes
welcome to the Philippines - new subs here
Thank you so much for having us 🫶 and welcome to the family 🩵🥹
You guys should go to Vigan to get a Spanish Colonial vibe. Suggestions:
• Sinigang (pork)
• diniguan
• Kare Kare
• chicken adobo
• Filipino flan
• Pancit Malabon or Palabok
• Halo Halo (mix mix) must mix fully before eating
• Turon
Philippine mangoe is actually the sweetest mango in the world according to Guinness book of record. You just need to know where to get it.
In Guimaras island 🥭🥭🥭👌😋

Welcome to the Philippines ma'am and sir.enjoy po at mag ingat.by the way I'm new subscriber from Cebu.
Thank you so much and welcome to the family 🫶🩵 We will be visiting your island soon 😍
Green mango and Indian mango are really crunchier and more sour than ripe. Tastes really refreshing as a juice or a fruit shake too.
Ripe mango is a whole other story. Sweet and juicy. You need to try both because Philippine mangoes are the best!
mouth is watering from reading this comment 🤤
You try pork sisig
will do 🙌
Try adobo, sinigang
will have to 🔥😍
After rains, those seaweeds are ubiquitous as the water from rivers merge with the salt water.
Try Lechon, adobo, sinigang, sisig lots of delicious Filipino staple food.
couple videos coming out trying those foods 😍🤤

Try the ripe mango, PH has the best mango. But we have the proper variety and source too. Camiguin mangoes are highly rated. Enjoy!

🎉Hi guys.. Carol and Max .. new subcriber here.. i like you Aura guys.. so aunthentic and so kind.. keep it up guys.. ❤
For your info try to say wala nang tawad po.. if you buy soemthing
Thank you so much and welcome to the family 🥹🩵 Just searched the translation and it says: "there is no excuse" (this doesn't sound right)
@carmaadventures example you buy item price of 50 pesos you can say 30 pesos or lower the price in tagalog called Wala na po tawad
You may buy over the counter Bio flu if you are feeling weak & having a feeling of flu like symptoms. You may take it 3x day for at least 3-5 days until you get better.
thank you so much for your suggestions 🫶
Try the riped mango!
will do 🙏
Enjoy Panglao, we're basically neighbors based on the intro!
really?! ahaha so funny Thank you so much 🩵
you are in bohol specifically in panglao island
correct 🙌
Welcome to the Philippines 🇵🇭
Thank you so much for having us 🩵
@carmaadventures sure, are you guys still here? 🇵🇭
why did you guys choose to land in Manila if you're going straight to Bohol? 😅 isn't Cebu nearer?
We actually were in Manila for few days but we were very ill, so couldn't do much. Cebu is actually our next stop ahaha
@carmaadventures that's unfortunate that you guys had to go through the Manila hassle 😅 the Cebu airport is quicker and easier
Sour mangoes are unripe one, should be dipped in a little nit of salt or fermented shrimps or soy sauce or even sugar!
🤤 that sounds so delicious... really fancy one now
Try jollybee its our local fastfood its not western you can have lot of view if you do jollybee food review ❤🇵🇭
what if we said we have one coming soon 🫣 hahaha

have fun in Cebu city 🫶
Welcome to the philippines if youre looking for a not touristy area theres a lot to go to since philippines has over 7 thousand islands and islet theres tons of coastal line so beaches are so many you just have to sk locals where it is and research more about the place so youwont be disappointed but for me i go to calaguas island only local knows about and no fancy resort exist just nature but worth the visit
wow, just searched pictures and it looks amazing. Will defos be a place we will visit in the future 😍
be advised that every karinderya tastes different from other😅 so not all food will taste bad or good😅 theres just karinderya who cooks great and some that dont ..
ahaha it will all be up to the chef 👨🍳
zamboanga city speaks chabacano a Spanish creole. But Tagalog our national language has a lot of Spanish loan words. Ex. Puede, gusto, pero, ayuda, siempre. A lot of vocabulary
yeah, we were speaking with a local about all the similarities, i love it 😍 ahaha
Jolliebee is a local Philippines fast food chain.
McDonald's isn't a local Philippines fast food company.
Just uploaded a video today about both of those places ahaha
100 is too much for that mango😂😂
Scam
We knew it would be expensive ahaha but oh well, at least we are supporting in some way a local "business"

since you two are in bohol try ziplining while eating halo halo.
both at the same time?! ahaha sounds very challenging
I am glad you felt like home being in the Philippines. Well, Philippines and Brazil have declared we are cousins, hence, Brazilippines came into life. Welcome home and if you’ve left, you are always welcome to come back any time - just like home. 😊
ahaha that's amazing and it is the family of paradise. Thank you so much for having us 🩵
100 for a mango is overpriced..sorry for that..but yes ,some sell here unripe and ripe mangoes..ripe are usually inthe market or side vendors..
Maybe if with spicy bagoong, 100 will do….
ahaha we knew, but got to help the local entrepeneurs ahaha
@carmaadventures yeah..salamat...enjoy exploring the islands..
@carmaadventuresYou can also try to bargain or negotiate for the fruits being sold there in the province & they usually accommodate & give discounts.
That's dangerous, man. Neck massage. If not done properly could paralyze you. But you're still walking. Good job.
to be honest Carol has been telling me for a while to avoid that, but the massage was good and got into it, but defos something to be careful
th-cam.com/video/A464xKYykSU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=0eV4brnuYRJkO_yv
Tell the barber dont do a neck crack massage it is so dangerous! this must be done only by licence physiotherapist
true, need to be careful
nice haircut you look younger.
really?! ahaha good job to the barber, he made me look decent 🫣
wow!!!
🩵
that mango is one of the filipinos fav manggo .. yah its dry and crunchy, filipinos like that mango deep it to shrimp paste .. filipino called it indian mango and more popular in the Philippines ..
really? need to find that shrimp paste and try it again
Don’t hesitate to ask locals if you dont know how to eat the foods. Which place to go. We Pilipinos are happy and willing to help you guys. Enjoy
100% agree, Filipino people have been amazing and with a smile on their face
