I think that a big reason for Ashneer's success, besides his own dedication&hard work, lies in his excellent education in iconic places like IIT delhi &IIM. Another guy who does Engg & Mgt PG courses from ordinary institutes, would perhaps never get the kind of breaks he got in great companies like Kotak & Amex. Perhaps hard work alone may not suffice?
But that doesn't define his character. Hope you have seen his leaked audio where he's threatening a Kotak employee

I graduated from one of the top IIMs. Also, FYI the gold medalist of my batch is behind bars after his spouse died by suicide due to dowry, mental harassment, etc. So yes, college has no role to play in defining character of any individual.

There's a thin line between being rude and being straight forward🤢. Ashneer clearly don't understand the difference. Audience applaud him for his tone and words and defend him by calling in straight forward but same people won't tolerate a word in the same tone by their bosses single day at work. Such behavior makes the work environment no less than toxic 😌😌😌
