I've thoroughly enjoyed this nitrous experience on the Beat! What do you guys think? Also, remember to check the FlexiSpot sale now and use my code GINGIUM for an extra $30 off on their E7 standing desk series bit.ly/GINGIUM30
Very sick. I know it might be cheese, but think about putting a small LED pointing up right by the purge. At night, it looks awesome!!! Anyway, I love your channel.
If anything you should VFR swap it. Honda 4cyl motorcycle engine. V4 (yes V4 not inline 4), VTEC, and 800cc. They sound absolutely insane. The engine gen I’m talking about is the 6th gen vfr (2002-2008 Honda VFR800)
@@marcosamadop_1 CBR1000RRs are cool too, but V4 is more unique and I know most people usually use those or the busa motors. All really depends on how much power he wants and sound type
@@jetink600 there’s kits that convert the transmission to CV axle, or the other way is solid axle and still chain driven with the sprocket welded on. For reverse it’s a lot harder, but the first thing that comes to mind is using electric motors to turn the wheels
@Noahh_jp yeah forward gears seem pretty straightforward (see what i did there lol). I was mainly thinking about reverse since it's a street car so it 100% has to have it. I know tricky is subjective depending on your skills and budget. It would definitely be interesting to see how he would tackle that especially in such a small car.
I absolutely love how you do so much of your own assembly, dissassembly, welding, etc. Truly inspirational. Dont ever stop learning and showing us new things. This Beat is sick!
16:32 John's reaction is exactly how I felt when I test drove an ND Miata, going the speed limit but it felt like I was flying, most fun 5 minutes I've had behind the wheel
The channel "real mechanic stuff" recently had Bob Hall, "the father of the miata" on their channel, and they had him react to your rally miata (pre wrx swap) and other miata builds, not sure if you saw it.
In reference to his buddy commenting about getting more views if he captioned it saying turning the Honda into a Ferrari. We love you Ging BECAUSE you're not a sellout
I think when/if the beat blows it should get a honda gold wing flat 6 with a turbo. Not to sure if it would fit but it would turn some heads when driving around.
Hell ya, gingium came up with the Dyno! Position the screen in front of the carso you don't need to rubberneck every time you make a pull. Now do a Datsun 510!
You should put a genuine 600cc engine in it from a honda cbr600 either the f4 for better midrange but carbs or a more modern for fuel injection, double the power 6k more rpm , would be great fun
Maaan that thing sounds sooo fantastic. I’m sure its all due to he header and exhaust but its sooo good. be fun to try and see how it compares to a stock power Miata or something. Kei cars are just so neat
Nitrous is Fun!! It may be easier to use with the button on the shifter. Although, my kit had a micro- switch setup for full throttle on the TB. Shifting, steering, throttle and a button will keep you busy. IMO, micro-switch on the throttle body.
You do not need to be at 11.5 AFR with a nitrous jet the size of a thumb tack. Run it at 12.5, run a colder plug, and remove that stupid exhaust duct so you can see detonation puffs if it does them. Without having any clue what you’re listening out for on a headset, you might as well be listening to EDM. Such a cool little car! Good work on it! Looks and sounds sick.
This series was dope! If you can get this thing to a track soon I'd love to see a video on that. For now I'm hype to see the drift truck again, please do the cool fender thing you were talking about! That sounded cool as fuck
When listening for knock, you have to listen for a pinging sound. Almost like the sound you hear when you're flicking a hollow metal tube. And that AFR is WAYYY rich. 14.7 is ideal. The lower the number the richer it is. The higher the number the leaner it is. Since it's an oxygen sensor, it's seeing how much oxygen there is in the exhaust. Smaller number=less oxygen and more fuel. Bigger number=more oxygen and less fuel. But anywhere from like 13-14 would be a sweet spot to be in and still be safe to drive
Perhaps you should put a supercharger on it and forge pistons with a custom map. This tiny bike engine is quite robust it should give you more than 100bhp. It would be an interesting project.
You should hit up Moore Mafia and get yourself a built busa engine for the lil beat. Im not sure about how well it would fit but it would be dope to get a 150hp Hayabusa engine swap.
My tuner told me spark knock sounds like pop rocks, you young bucks should try em (it's candy that makes popping crackling noises in your mouth).. hope this helps

Preach
It’s great, imagine what nitrous would be like on a Fireblade engine though 😉😁
The best is the cops cant pull you over for speed becouse you can barely do the speed limit without nitrous.
Should do a valve and port job on the head
surprised you didn't have danger to manifold and lose your floor
It’s cause Honda is goated
I've heard that's a very common issue when trying to run nitrous on an Eclipse
How is this comment 4day old ? The vid just came out 10min ago ?

Dang, Boosted John is at your shop? That's crazy!!!!
some of us are more hyped to see pasha at the shop!
Glad to see you back!
Gin is the reason boosted John is boosted John

tfw the miatas creator calls you a dickhead.......
Feels like the last time I saw Pasha, he was tightening a sump bolt with an impact gun 😂
Good to see both him and John back 👍
Good lord Pasha has been doing well 😅 Great to see him ❤
Man see man built sporty little car. Man happy 🙂
if that engine has vtec it would sweet to wire the nitrous to the solenoid so you can take advantage of the entire powerband.

wrap your dyno rollers in skateboard griptape and get a hardtop for your sick Beat

18:32 I dont care how slow it is, this looks like a riot
Time for that Busa engine!!
That be sick
Too bad the car is up on fb marketplace 🥲
He should keep it in the honda family at least, so I suggest a CBR1000RR engine to be put in it (nearly 200 Hp, reliable, good mid range torque...)
@@marcosamadop_1 Yeah at at least CBR 1000rr motor.
he is selling it on fb marketplace :(
I’ve seen this car posted on marketplace, didn’t realize you were getting rid of it that quick lol
If it does happen to blow up, you should put a liter bike engine in it. They are pretty easy to find and make over 150 hp.
That little car would be scary with 150 hp.
Dyno in your shop is honestly the coolest addition you got. So many more opportunities now!
Nicely done, I would have just sent it with a 50 shot and prayed for my rods, bearings and head bolts
LETS GO CALEB!!!
congrats on finishing the Beat!
hope you enjoy it.
Love how you hit the nitrous and everyone gets the dumbest grins 😂
That car sounds like a million bucks!! Man you are really honing in your skills my dude!! Great job Kaleb!!!
Super cool to see pasha on the channel again. Bro always has a good energy
Shot after shot and tuned properly, fun car with reliability. Great job

Such a cool little car. Sounds great. Glad to see the nitrous kit didn't blow up the engine.
Alright, now I want to do this on my Honda Beat too 😅
Eyyy the gang is back together! Fun times.
It sounds insane! It's almost like a supercharged engine when NOS is active. Love the BEAT.
Gingium has some of the cleanest fabrication ever
Kinda found my new favorite youtuber😃 great content, knowlege and quality
Man install an "Akrapovic" motorcycle exhaust, it will sound even better
Sounds like crazy vtec crossover 😄 12:56
Sick!! Can't get over the way it sounds it's great!
Hondas always sound so awesome!
Wow seeing your gaming setup reminded me that I subbed to your channel because of the forza videos
crazy throwback with John and Pasha hanging out. You've come a long way from making Forza and archery video my dude
Excited for the Drift Truck continuation.. Thinking of a similar direction with my '89 Shelby Dakota...
Ive been waiting for this video to come😭🙏🙏
Would be really cool to see itb‘s on that thing, id imagine it sounding wild
I hate that I saw the Facebook listing for it before watching this video. This looks like such a fun car.
so dope, glad to see this thing done. look so fun to drive, im jealous!!!
nice 200 series in the back at 16:42 didnt know you guys got them

dude, if you want to win the internet, just put a sports bike engine on it. like a 1000RR or something. it makes so much sence.
Been here since built or bought forza days

Percentage wise thats roughly 50% more power, not bad!
Pretty awesome little Ferrari! 🙌
Love your work!
Should have done a few pulls before you added the octane booster. I'd be interested to see if made any change.
Vtec kicked in yo
Ok I’m more interested in the 240 build slowly progressing in the background
My tuner told me spark knock sounds like pop rocks, you young bucks should try em (it's candy that makes popping crackling noises in your mouth).. hope this helps
I saw this car is for sale on my local marketplace
My tuner induced safe knock so he could isolate the sound it made
I ran those head phones on an old turbo buick. detonation sounded like marbles in a can. You'll hear it!
You should put some light weight parts, maybe some toyotires semislick and go to a slalom event
It sounds so gooooooood
Nitrous just kicked in yo.
Dont swap before trying to put a turbo and try to hit the 75whp with it. Check other kei cars with an OEM turbo systems and develop one for the Beat
We should’ve got the kei car vs the fit :(
I love this car, the size, and look sweet.
Cuppacino busa swap would be a sick best friend
15:32 , Did you do this move for the evil eye? ? 🤣🧿
Literally watching the vid and scrolling marketplace then bam, see a nitrous beat for sale. What are the odds? 😅
A triumph 675/765 motor would be sweet, keeping the 3 cylinder and I’d imagine a lot easier then a s1k or bussa and more reliable
This makes me wanna add nitrous to my 2000 civic ex
I just bought a BEat! Its a 1992 with 30k miles on it.
😂 I see everyone gets to hold the rubber ducky
Sounds like an nsx 💪💪💪
Sounds sooooooooo good Wtf?!
I'd love to see a car with a turbo swap. It'll be a tasteful symphony
Nah. Keep this one. But do the swap on a vehicle in a little lesser of physical condition. Cool video!
N/a= naturally aspirated ❌
N/a= nitrous assisted ✅
I don’t think I’ve ever seen grown men get excited about double digit hp numbers
trust me, youll hear the knock when it gets bad, sounds like frying eggs while shaking marbles in a coffee can
Love it.
