Yeah I took it off. It was leaking even when the bike was only 1/4 full
Love the video, great setup! I did not notice any where how to connect 2 sets of break lights (BAG BLADES + FILLER PANEL LIGHTS) to 1 OEM connector. I am assuming once one of the light sets is connected to OEM housing how can the other set of lights also be connected? Is there an adapter sold separately to allow multiple light sets to be connected to 1 OEM wiring harness?
7:45 when HArley designed int hose holes they said "check it out.. This a good place to have them put some more money in it!". First time I saw the back of those I was like...that's creating a market guys! lol

I pretty much have the same ciro setup on my 16 ultra limited ... everything works fine except for when I take the tour pack off. Signals blink normal but the dash indicator does the hyper flash thing ... you have the same issue ?

Dude! Looking good. I have one question that I can't see the answer to in the videos. Did you powder coat the front turn signals or replace them? They feel metalic but they aren't magnetic so I am wondering if they can be powder coated. Love the series. I have a 17 RGS with a tour pak and other upgrades. Decided after watching your video that I can go blacker than I thought I was comfortable and that powder coating is the way to go.
They were indeed powdercoated.

Just have to tap the turn signal wire from the bag lights into the turn signal wires on the bike. Very simple if you've got rudimentary wiring skills. Give it a go!

I love your content, yet while my experience is with off road and motocross. So mostly engine work. With my own bikes I've dealt with same work. I have 20 years of experience with my dad's in 40 added with 20 before. I may not of worked on one before but the uncertainty doesn't help. I like you but the second guessing is constant. I'd love more confidence, but super dave had that. I also ride a sportster. Very modded. Mostly engine work, but some visibly.
I also come from a motocross background. I've got a total of 2.5 years working on road bikes. The confidence comes with time.
So does the whole premiere thing help with views, because it messes me up. I see the premiere thinking it’s a video and go from happy to sad. Then I see the video in my feed and think “didn’t I already watch that”. Lol. Keep up the good work though. Can’t wait to see the bars.
It does seem to help quite a bit. I dont think YT has done everything correctly for the points you just made, but it's still a new feature so we'll see how it evolves.
You don't have to wait until you hit 1k to do stage 1. My bike went from stock to stage 4 with 6 miles on it.
I know you dont HAVE to, but when I do my stage one I'm also opening the motor up to send pieces to powdercoat. That's the main reason I'm waiting.

Yeah it doesn't look good where the build is right now but, if you go back and watch the first video and see what he wants the finished product to look like it will match the bike. I think he said he was going to wrap the bike.
