@Daniele Fabbro Italian cruisers are the worst ships in the game. SAP needs to be 4 times as efficient, and reload cut to half.
And Roma is very good. Roma could even be OP, if it didn't have to fight against Tier X ships.

The Italians are supposed to get good at Tier 6, but here I am stuck with a shitty Montecuccoli with a15 second reload on 152mm guns. Not even HMS Emerald was this bad...
The 15 second reload makes DD killing almost impossible, since they simply do not put out enough damage. To make matters worse, the SAP shells are wholly incapable of dealing serious damage to a Battleship, short of dealing direct impacts on the superstructure. Additionally, the lack of fire starting only exacerbates issues.
The torps are decent, but the range which you must approach to use them is borderline suicidal; Monte has such hilariously bad armour protection that you're just inviting yourself to be overmatched and citadelled if you try going in for a torp run, short of seeing an idiot BB driver blunder around an island.
As a long-time Roma owner I can attest this video is 100% accurate. Especially the bit about the guns performing well when you're not thinking about it/expecting it. I swear the damn things were created by Loki to troll everyone who uses them.

Oh you know how it goes. Dispersion is either, if the italians pick well produced shells, good enough to hit everything, or so bad, that the dispersion is as large as a cricle with the radius of the firering range. :P
Lemme guess its shells are made out of Meatballs and encased with Cylindrical Noodles covered with gunpowder and it's armor is 10 layers of Pepperoni Pizza and its rangefinder is made out binoculars

Odd how i just fell into that sort of game play without being told it just seemed to be the right way to play. But the tip on shooting angled cruisers rather then fully broadside will be helpful I couldn't figuer out why it wasn't working. Thanks Yuro
