I can confirm this on the Authentic Customized Association jersey as well. Ordered straight from the team store and it came heat pressed. I emailed support and they gave me some history lesson on how they are using some sort of special heat pressed method. I let them know that there would never be a scenario where I would choose heat pressed over stitched and their product description page says nothing about team details being heat pressed. Instead it states that it is zig zag stitched. I’m waiting to hear back on what they are going to do about it.

I can confirm this as well. I bought a custom authentic from the team store and it came to me Heat pressed. Today I went to the team store and wanted the new white kings jersey, the only one they had in my size was Murray and it was heat pressed and they didn't even put the front number in there right place. I ended up with a sabonis black jersey cuz at the time it was the only one on the wall stitched besides fox, but they didn't have my size.
