    Absolutely LOVE the rooftops of these homes. 🥰That would be Gina's morning coffee spot. Afternoon coffee spot. Evening coffee spot. Night coffee spot. ☕😂 Nice video.

    Thank you for this video. My wife and I are moving there soon, and my wife is visiting there in a few months to look at homes to rent. We will live there and travel the world. Happy travels!

      Sounds awesome! There should be homes in this neighborhood for rent. I saw some homes there for rent on airbnb.

    Great video! Thank you guys for sharing this information. Could you please provide the agency or the agent name you used to explore the houses. It would be a great hint and support in our search when we do our relocation to SMA. I would very appreciate it. Thank you!

      When we went we just walked into a sales office. There are plenty of people there to help you along the way, but if you’d like an agent I know of some in Queretaro, but I’m not sure if they can help in San Miguel, but I can ask.

    If you have to choose one, which one you prefer Queretaro vs SM de Allende considering everything hospitals, el centro, super markets, etc.?

      It depends on what you are looking for, if you want to live in a bigger city or in a small town, anyways these two places aren’t far away, you can visit both and choose what you like the most

      American? You mean Mexican international schools? Honestly American are ruining the life experience in Mexico unfortunetly. Hopefully Claudia will change that soon! Many young Mexicans are becoming lawyers to put an end to this invasion.

    Love your channel, thanks for the videos. I like the 3bedroom one as I don't like to go upstairs; something to think about as we get older. You said the price was 2.3 in millions pesos, correct? Can you get Asian groceries at the super market you mentioned?

    • @dreamlifeinMexico
      @dreamlifeinMexico  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks. Yeah as we were told the price is about 2.3m , but as the price here always change/go up. Just confirm with the sales person there. Not sure if you could find Asian food in Soriana , they may sell tofu there.

      En ese supermercado hay pocos productos importados, pero sin duda los encontrarás en "city market", un supermercado que está a 4km aproximandamente (como 8 minutos en carro) de ese fraccionamiento. En la ciudad, también hay mercados órganicos con gran variedad de comestibles 😊

    Hello, great video. Thank you.
    I visited SMA last year in October. I went there to meet with a realtor, but she didn't care to show me any homes because she said there was nothing in my price range, which at that time was $170k. I spoke to another person when I got back to the States, and he too flaked on sending me anything.
    I really liked the 2 bdrm, 2 ba. Can you please tell me what the price was for that?

    • @dreamlifeinMexico
      @dreamlifeinMexico  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for watching! The 2/2 was priced at abt 110k usd last year.

      When I looked at the models in March 2024, there was nobody in the sales office who spoke English. A lovely woman, who lives there, took me on a tour and translated for me.

    • @dreamlifeinMexico

      I guess at the end of the day it's all about budget, but a lot of houses are narrow, but tall. There are larger homes for sure though, for a price or what you want it for, living or investment.
