It’s Cold Pressed watercolour paper. I recommend 100% cotton A4 or bigger. Details can be found in my pinned comment on this short.

If you find your painting drying too quickly, you may find going to a smaller size will give you more time or spraying with a spritzer bottle from a distance to rewet the paint.
