I have a image of the pipe breaking, and the two ends flailing like a garden hose out of control. Two hundred metres of pipe whipping like a jockey in the grand national.
Unless of course, blowing up a pipeline stops eastern Europe from financing its own destruction and increases America's energy exports, offsetting the cost of all of those wonderful weapons they send for Ukraine to defend herself.
Thanks for sharing this vid Judged by its quite smooth line, the broken edge seems like welding joining. If the detonator was placed on the top of the pipe, the broken edge should be bent inward in a random curve form or a random form of hole(s).
The shaped concrete cladding is some distance from the pipe. The shattered pipe looks circular. It’s not pushed inwards in any way. The images after 14:50 show the steel is bent outwards. This could only happen from an internal explosion. They are not consistent with a mine detonating on the pipe exterior.
The explosion could have only occured inside the pipe. There is no compressive effect from the exterior. The bomb was placed in the pipe on land at the site where access was intended to take place. The entry point was hundreds of kilometers from the blast site.
There are previous cases of similar pipelines being repaired, just that the damage was by different causes. In any case the cause of the damage does not change the way it is repaired. They cut off a length of pipe on each side of the pipe and install a new length in that part. Of course not an easy job, the most difficult being joining the new length of pipe to the rest of it. There will also need to be extensive cleaning and possibly recoating of the interior.
@@stefpix Dry welding is done at depth using a diving bell device over the weld joint. It is at local pressure, about 1 Bar each 10 meters of sea water depth. Cleaning and drying the pipeline is done with moving plugs called pigs. Very dry air is used to remove all water. Vacuum is also used.
In a court case Gazprom got sued by German (company?) for failing to adhere to the contract to deliver gas to the German entity. I can see that from Putin, but I think the "mystery factor" was part of the equation. Speaking of mysteries, we have a small boat theory for six; why didn't they scuttle the Andromeda? There is a whole lot of the "theory" floating around that seems off the point.
One guy who studied all the videos said Nord Stream 1 looked blown by explosives, while Nord Stream 2 looked like a rip caused by faulty construction. That, plus the fact that the failure locations between NS 1 and NS 2 are 80 km apart made him think NS 2 was a natural failure, but that caused whoever planted bombs on NS 1 to detonate them because they knew inspection drones would be sent down and would find the planted bombs.
Faulty construction - I have seen how these tubes are welded together, and it seems rather unlikely. If a “natural rupture”, the ends should be rather close, as a rupture would not blow away many meters of tube. But its tricky, because the hole near Bornholm (NS2a), is the tube which has 2 holes, the first up near Sweden, close to the other holes. And the second tube is NS2b, is completely intact. Isn’t it strange, if the purpose was to halt gas altogether, why leave 1 tube intact, which means in fact half the capacity of the gas received so far, the 2 tubes in NS1, remains? This leads us to think, this sabotage was more of “a message”, than a desire to stop all gas. Now, if Germany wanted to import gas from Russia, they could start right away. Putin offered that many months ago, as he perfectly knows one tube is still intact. Importing gas through only one tube, would insure the price for that remains high. If there was gas flowing through all 4 tubes, that would far exceed demands, and price would plummet. Who would be interested in sending gas through 4 tubes for 100 Euros, at full capacity, when you could send through 1 tube, and still receive 100 Euros?

That's a huge assumption, the easiest way to blow something up that is under pressure is to simply weaken it from the outside, then let the internal pressure finish the job by blowing it out. This provides no evidence that the initial weakening or explosion was internal or external, just that the result was a massive blowout, which is hardly surprising.

Nice job done...similar to the movie "thunderball" where the covert operation was done underwater of a busy ocean.
Nice presentation, especially the calming music, in case we get disturbed and beautiful hand movements of the therapist… everything becomes immediately so clear, no need for international investigation…
Seymour Hersh - 'How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline'
How Seymour Hersh was duped by Russian intelligence.
@Brown Green So you believe Sy Hersh's source was a Russian plant when Russia was publicly suspecting the UK and said as much in the public news, but their Russian inside agent in the USA had a better idea, by duping Hersh into the elaborate explanation of diverse aspects of US military operations interwoven to contradict Russia's public suspicion ? How can that be credible. ?

I have a image of the pipe breaking, and the two ends flailing like a garden hose out of control. Two hundred metres of pipe whipping like a jockey in the grand national.
Patrick, what a great description, Paul in the USA
Blowing up the pipe must rate a crime against humanity..........I say those who ordered it should get the death sentence.
Unless of course, blowing up a pipeline stops eastern Europe from financing its own destruction and increases America's energy exports, offsetting the cost of all of those wonderful weapons they send for Ukraine to defend herself.
Nice job Trond, regards Graham
When did you perform this drone investigation?. Water temperature is at 12 point 5 °C, it is cold but not that cold.
Thanks for sharing this vid
Judged by its quite smooth line, the broken edge seems like welding joining. If the detonator was placed on the top of the pipe, the broken edge should be bent inward in a random curve form or a random form of hole(s).

Hello Trond, thanks for the video..do you think Same thing happened to N.St.2 ??
The shaped concrete cladding is some distance from the pipe. The shattered pipe looks circular. It’s not pushed inwards in any way. The images after 14:50 show the steel is bent outwards. This could only happen from an internal explosion. They are not consistent with a mine detonating on the pipe exterior.
Maybe you meant the images after 11:50?
The explosion could have only occured inside the pipe. There is no compressive effect from the exterior. The bomb was placed in the pipe on land at the site where access was intended to take place. The entry point was hundreds of kilometers from the blast site.
je pense la même chose
They blew up one pipe twice though didn’t they? Hell of an error to do from the end of a pipe when they could’ve just turned off a valve.
Then how come Sweden said it was sabotage ?
Hello. Have you also recorded the site of the Nord Stream 2 blast (south east of Bornholm)?
wonderful information, thank yo so much, I find your sincerity is very nice, cheers rorm Florida, USA....Paul
Interesting. What could the thing(s) on 12:43 possibly be?
Nice Work!
The explosion looks to have started inside the pipe. Everything is pushed outward.
We have ways.
Is this a total lost to the pipelines or can it be repair?
There are previous cases of similar pipelines being repaired, just that the damage was by different causes. In any case the cause of the damage does not change the way it is repaired. They cut off a length of pipe on each side of the pipe and install a new length in that part. Of course not an easy job, the most difficult being joining the new length of pipe to the rest of it. There will also need to be extensive cleaning and possibly recoating of the interior.
It can be repaired. Within hyperbaric dry welding depth or it can be raised to the surface..IIRC, this was an S lay pipeline as it isn't deep.
@@listerdave1240 looks shot to hell, to me... the smoking gun!
@@keithjurena9319 how do they perform welding at depth? Also cleaning the pipeline of sand and debris must be complex
@@stefpix
Dry welding is done at depth using a diving bell device over the weld joint. It is at local pressure, about 1 Bar each 10 meters of sea water depth.
Cleaning and drying the pipeline is done with moving plugs called pigs. Very dry air is used to remove all water. Vacuum is also used.
Is this aeria not forbidden ? I suppose poutin would like to have a closer look !
In a court case Gazprom got sued by German (company?) for failing to adhere to the contract to deliver gas to the German entity. That case cost Gazprom €13 Billion however since Nord got destroyed Gazprom was physically unable to fulfill the contract to deliver the gas and this saved them an extra €40 Billion in costs due to it being beyond the control of Gazprom. Pretty convenient IMO.
When was is sued?
Gasprom was willing to provide gas as soon as Germany would agree to accept it.
Siemens could not fix Nordstream 1, because their factory in Canada could not return the turbines to Russia due to the sunctions.
Yet, Russia was more than eager to provide the gas through Nordstream 2. However, Germany refused to use it, for it was under sunctions as well.

Great work...
Now we all knew that the US blewup the pipeline. Now who's going to do something about it??? He he he!
@Edmon Dantes and this is the smoking gun, so to say...
No proof at all. Demolition by internal blast means that the charges were place in the pipes on land. No other way.
not all of us, i don't know - and i'm grown up enough to admit that i don't know when i don't know
you people are suspecting and believing, this is not knowing - next someone comes and points to a part of the bible where it was foretold
if only a highly trained group of specialist can do this, it must be US ?? there are no other specialists on the whole planet (which is a globe btw.)
building is always much harder than destroying
so, if only trained specialists == US, then only US could build such a pipeline ?
it might have been US, yes - but there is still no proof, except a retired 'investigative journalist' having a secret informant telling him something important, so he can feel important again.
conspiracy theories are fun... maybe it was the aliens watching us from inside the hollow moon, or the nazis from the far side of the moon - no sorry, the nazis are supposed tho be in ukraine now

@@janklaas6885 I don't know what explosives were used. Seymour Hersh mentioned C4. Someone reacted to me that Seymour was wrong on this, but did not provide a source. The German Bundesanwaltschaft said they found traces of explosives on the yaght, but also did not mention what kind. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

No, the pipeline can be repaired, tested with pressurized water, dried and put back into service. It must be absolutely dry as methane and water form an ice called gas hydrate that will plug flow.

Steel bent outward. That indicates the explosion was generated within the the pipe itself. The real question now is, who planted the explosive devices in the maintenance slug that gets run through the pipe? I'd almost bet it was destined to explode at Germany's terminal port to wreck havoc on it with it's storage tanks....
I can see that from Putin, but I think the "mystery factor" was part of the equation. Speaking of mysteries, we have a small boat theory for six; why didn't they scuttle the Andromeda? There is a whole lot of the "theory" floating around that seems off the point.
Sawdix magic show in memphis
It say Russia all over this.

Great footage, thanks. The pipeline was clearly destroyed by an internal explosion as seen in 4:58; 8:53; 11:36 and NOT sabotage.
That's a huge assumption, the easiest way to blow something up that is under pressure is to simply weaken it from the outside, then let the internal pressure finish the job by blowing it out. This provides no evidence that the initial weakening or explosion was internal or external, just that the result was a massive blowout, which is hardly surprising.
could have been planted before the pipe was sunk... seems the two that said it would happen already expected the pipe was booby trapped/sabotaged.
