SECRET to forming and soldering steel wire parts

It seems like whenever you’re trying to make something, forming steel wire is an integral part. Using basic pliers and cutters you can form just about any shape you need to. Once you have some of these basic techniques down you’ll be able to get the job done. Soldering steel wire can also be a trick, with a hot enough soldering iron this can be done as well. If you can’t It’ll still be possible to glue the parts together but it won’t be as strong as soldering them.

What solder is this? Is this standard soft pliable plumbing solder or electrical solder or something else?

I'm trying to solder 16 Gauge stainless steel wire together for sculptures, but I'm having issues getting the solder to stick. Im currently using a butane torch to heat the wires and using Metalworks solder. Any advice helps.

Yes what solder and what temp or watt or volt iron are you using? Im also trying to solder 16 guage steel wire for a project.
