It's funny... I'm not into dark "unclean" metal like black, death, thrash, doom, etc., but I love Antestor, something about them just makes me want to keep listening.
I would go so far as to call their breakdown bit with the clean vocals beautiful. I'm not that big into these extreme metal subgenres, but these guys are good. Their "Treacherous Domain" song is a favourite of mine. Definitely a tough genre to be openly Christian in, but with God, all things are possible if you ask Him, have a believing heart, and have your heart set on doing His will and spreading His Word. Great stuff.

Always been into extreme metal - Death and Black especially, and sometimes I was finding kind of conflicting as a Christian to listen to blasphemeous metal, but not anymore, there are bands just as good, maybe even better then the likes of Belphegor, Impaled Nazarene etc.

Correction it was the second album (Return of the Black Death). Their first album (Martyrium) was more of Death/Doom based rather than straight black metal.
