- Deleted, brought back, deleted, brought back, deleted, and brought back again. Decaying Winter is one of those games where it really mixes fun with bloody violence and of course, Roblox did not like that. It's back again I know but, seems like Archeximus doesn't wanna to be involved anymore unforunately. So I made this as a tribute to her and the game.
Agents, it was fun. But sometimes, you just need to know when to let go.

This feels like a 'Neutral Ending' song, Decaying Winter was banned for a second time and a backup went public and it was brought back, but at what cost? Now Decaying Winter is over, no more updates, the story essentially concluded, the Agents left Eden-227 but also left uncertainty for if they really did get home, we will never know.

In an instant the universe was viped.
Just to be restored few weeks later,but the world wasn't the same.
10days pass and the world was restarted from the beginning. Nobody didn't understand why and yet people tried to escape like the agent evacuation. But it didn't free them from the cycle.
The survivors of Eden-227 were doomed to live or die the 10 days. Just to be brought back to day 1.
On a technical level, it's a triage of Battlejuice, Cyberpunk with a hint of STALKER. Real good stuff

this game is one of my favourite and i speak for many others as its there too this is the most original and monumental game in a long time on roblox thank you Archeximus/Red for creating such a good game and all the memories this is a legacy
Red created a whole legacy, and it only took us several months to even realize. The hardships we make out is what taught us to keep going, no matter how troublesome it gets.

so sad knowing this game a few weeks ago and know he is basically dead when he has a lot of potential, reaching lvl 100 almost 4 times using vagabond, drifter (main), crosslink, apostle and a few more. carfting executioner sword and reaper scythe's a few times, it was pretty good tbh, good bye by a new player

god i just love the lore and story of this game.
You could've just called this the "Decaying Winter mashup" or something like that, I have no idea how you managed to fit Wave Ultima and Scav war into Calm Night, but damn is it good.

Thank you Archeximus for a life that made most of us memories we share and foes we take out together friends or not it is still a life that I love and you miss every shot you don't take don't you. You took a risky gamble with time and dedication and it came out amazing thank you for this gift for us to enjoy

A storm just passed by, but something strange could be visible within it. Where's the agent? Where's the Scav? No more mountains? No more loots? There'll be no more bonding with your team even if they give morale, steal loots or even be a Blitzer and teamkilled the entire team? No more parrying, no more eternal winter?
...
It eventually came back, the storm passed by once again, but something was missing. Eden- 227 used to be filled with chaos, gunshotting, and Sledgehammer whacking heavily, but nothing new was added to this damned planet this time. No more new agents that don't have the same perk the scavenger saw? The agents already be evacuating here one by one already, there won't be any more of them soon as there's nothing to do on Eden-227 anymore other than killing the same scav they've encountered millions of times, the loots are the same, no more new foods, no sun, just the old cold breeze of the winter here in this place. The agent base already getting rusted and snow covered, the scav goes out less or maybe not even in a night, still, there's really nothing new to do again.
...
But hey, some of you still here, enjoying Decaying Winter as much as you like. You're still carrying the morale your teammates gave, you still die millions of time but still redo the run although you've failed horribly, you're still here for the cold air, the chaos happens in the silent winter or decaying winter, you still like to get the scav's ration, likes to raid the lab or maul the Sledge Queen to get her Lunchbox. This game is for fun, not for attention, even if there's no update, it's still fun, repeating the same run with random agents that also want to enjoy this too.
Thank you Decaying Winter, even if the progress of the Storm as ended, making it only goes by with its last stage, there's still fun when you're trying to survive, it's like a simulation of reality, you tried, you loot, you fight, you heal, you survive.
That's what Decaying Winter gave us, we know that it's back but still, it's the same, maybe not for some but it's everything we can confirm, one of the best game on this platform, we always needed those, memories will be recorded.

Decaying Winter, pain incarnate
The game is about you will be playing as a Agent from The Agency and you will be send in with a group of other agents (other players) to investigate Eden 227 which you are the 4th group got sent down, surviving 10 Nights with death and pain.
The game is a FPS/melee game. Focusing on looting and fighting hordes of scavengers. Blood, gores, corpse and death will always be your side.
The game including 3 bosses:
Yosef: A M249 Agent. He betrayed the Agency to join the scavs.
Sledge queen: funny woman who can jump into the air and dive down like mach 10 right into you. A scavenger got the Agent’s equipment after the 3rd Agent group is dead.
Sickler: A reikgon (let call Reikgon a demon for easier for new people) that can easily wipe out the entire map (except castle where sledge queen spawning) because it is guarded with a group of well trained Raider.
The game focusing on looting and fighting, death and sacrifices are alway there.
After you survived 9 nights, night 10 will be the last night as Yosef will spawn, he can wipe out the entire team if not prepared or no pro to carry.
Pain but satisfying victory as you completed Night 10 but soon you realized there was a True Ending.
True ending which many people called Evacuation. Which you will go up on the spaceship on the mountain to get a dagger on a chair. Which will open a basement in the Castle to get a keycard. Once you have a keycard, you can open a secret door next to a crash site, go in that secret base, you will fight cultist. A group of people who research about Reikgon/creat these Reikgon (these guy make these demon for killing infected people which you can dive into lore video of decaying winter to learn more)
Go in, get the mask. Go out. Once you killed Yosef (after wave 10). You will have times to prepare for evacuation after you wear the gas mask you got from the secret base. After you done, start the panel in the spaceship, and it will alert hostile forces. Which are the raider. Survive for around 5 minutes with supplies from the Evac team. Sounds easy but these Raider can kill the entire team if not paying attention.
I spoiled too much but the game is now abandoned and no more updates but its Victory is the most satisfying thing after the pain you pass through in the game.
Calm night is a song originally from Cyberpunk 2077. But it was used in DW as a easter egg.

I sincerely hate Roblox moderation. DW recently got taken down again for the 0 button and then suddenly brought back up to be rated as 13+ for ages. We got literal criminals to this day and nothing great has come out of Roblox.
