Hope this is useful and you have a good day as a artist.
The fact that they ANIMATED a WHOLE character to “diss” you is so fucking funny. They really made all that time and effort to supposedly not like you. Sounds like they respect you at least enough to listen to your advice and animate you in hahah
He should do a "joshua and the promised land" to this. Redo it with an army of animators and show them how easy it is to steal artwork, by changing it just enough. We can call it "Blue NFT Monkey Cult."

There'll always be some idiots stuck holding NFTs and they will be constitutionally incapable of admitting their 'investments' are trash. This is the problem with an 'asset' which relies purely on lies to sell.
Funny enough, if they used your audio and specifically made an “offensive” or “degrading” representation of you without permission... you could probably sue somehow, and it would be hilarious

What's even more amazing is this was only the second episode. They've only produced 2 after half a year and one of them is a rant about how everyone says the other episode sucks.
They're people who've gotten away with bullying their critics into silence all through school, so of course they thought it work in the real world too.

@@cryguy0000 "Chill" refers to the antonym of chaotic, but Chaotic Good refers to one of nine archetypes on the D&D character alignment chart. They're just hurting themselves more honestly. They show they can't take criticism and by mocking you, no real serious company will pick them up ever. Not that any serious company or business would anyway. no one in their right mind would work with scam artists. NFTs are a bubble that's going to crash and fuck everyone who tried to jump in and get rich quick. which is like 6 people.
The funny thing is, NFTs were never a copy protection of any kind. Some of the crypto-bros just had no clue how the system even works and made it pretty much a meme about "not to steal that NFT". You didn't copy it, you copied the picture linked to it.
@@funnynickname4005 We'll see how they will develop. I think it could be used in a non-exploitative and fair system. Well, as fair as fiat currencies are. Because we all know, nothing shady ever happens with "real" art or "real" money ;)

Saber has essentially done the equivalent of stirring the mafia, except if the mafia wasn't threatening at all and the only frightening thing they can do is make a cartoon caricature.
All I can think of is some tough looking mafia guy saying, "You dishonor me. You dishonor my family. Now you leave me no choice but to draw you as a soyjak and I as a chad."
Honestly, Saberskunk would have been more imaginative because that could say "you stink" and fit with the running joke of you being call a closeted furry.
@@XENOWOLFI Last year or so, Saber started the joke of denying claims of being a furry because many of the animations he's reviewed in past have talking, humanoid animals.
the fact that RAF is essentially watching the internet tear them a new one is absolutely hilarious edit: RAF means Red Ape Family in the context of my comment lol
Corps sue many people for using not even 5 seconds of their audio, so that means I think you can legally sue these guys for using your voice. Just in case of an emergency.

Yes, but then he'd be a hypocrite. Complaining about strikes and copyright and then doing the same... it would be stupid for saber to actually do this.
The sad thing about NFTs is they were initially intended to be a means to ensure artists could make money from resales of their work. But they turned into a way for lazy people to sell reskinned images of basic artwork and claim it was unique. Changing the colour scheme of your artwork doesnt mean you have two unique pieces of art
@@turtlemine4613 yeah but it wasnt intended to be pornhub for people with bad financial investment skills who think that since they payed for it that it makes it somehow better or something
Describing this show as just "things happen and then more things happen" is, from my extremely limited knowledge of this show, a brilliant explanation.
Fr, this nft guy on twitter was telling me how he doesn’t care if I screenshot his ugly lion nft. He then proceeded to threaten me with sue if I don’t delete the lion nft screenshot after I reposted it with no charge. I was ruining his already failing “business” 😂
The fact that instead of just taking the critique and moving on they decided to add you in the episode and try and make fun of you really shows how mad they were
All things considered, I think it's actually kinda cute/wholesome that they knew Saber well enough to put a furry on the back of the computer in the frames he's in. Someone there has to be a fan.
@@yeahgirl11 I think their idea was that making him cutesy would make him look like a neeeerrrrrrrdddddd... Problem is: pretty sure Saberspark himself admits he's a nerd every other video, at least? It's like trying to insult someone who watches anime and calls himself an otaku by calling them a weeb. So far I have never met a self-defined otaku who doesn't also at least jokingly respond to weeb/weeaboo.
@@neoqwerty I think that's a fair assessment.🙂 Someone pointed out that they put a furry sticker on the back of his computer, and only people who watch Saber enough would know that furries are a running joke on his channel. That leads me to believe that at least one animator might be a fan his. 😃
Charlize / Moist Cr1tikal reacted to this, said it was just a pure display of petty insecurities in animation form. Also Philion and Upper Echelon Gamers made some insane videos going over how deep BAYC goes with its correlation to hate groups.
Usually people like these are likely to believe they got the reaction they wanted and say the they got him and proceed to lie about how he felt behind cameras or mics.
The passion like those paintings completely in one color. Or like someone throwing up on a canvas. Or those that just throw paint around... Some of those pieces alone could pay my rent for years. So those apes are "real art" in comparison, but beauty is subjective, of course.
Nft art isnt really the same. Its not trying to make something crazy and unique thats supposed to invoke feelings. Its just different ways to seperate a non fungible token. Basically 1 step more creative than just giving it serial numbers.
Looking at the website, the teaser image for the third episode also looks like it might include SaberFart, so you might actually be a reoccurring character here. Wouldn’t be that surprised if you become the true villain of the show.
This reminds me of the time certain movie directors would attack online critics for giving negative reviews of their movies, and abuse TH-cam's copyright system to silence those critics and have their videos taken down. Compared to that, putting a caricature of a critic in an episode is rather tame, if a bit silly.
''When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say'' got went down in a dumpster of fire, but there's still some good wisdom there
@Mr T Wow, that's almost like what *everyone does on a day to day basis.* You might want to punch your coworkers sometimes, but it could get you arrested or fired, or they could hit back. You know that if you rage out, you'd look bad. Why can't people understand this about content creators? Also, who the hell would get mad at something as mundanely stupid as SaberFart?
The fact that they are fully aware of you, used audio clips, and specifically went after you out of every critic out there shows just how petty they are. I'd take it as a compliment at how much you got under their skin.
The sad thing about NFTs is that there's probably a lot of ways the base concept could be put to good use, but honestly, we already have things like Patreon that do what NFTs try to do without the threat of a crash because it's a stable price
And the fact that it's more easy to do all the process even by yourself than using a whole lot of servers that's requires me to know about computer programming and basically financial gambling
