Hello i bought this headset but i can find the software for the headset because the one in the fantechworld website is same as the sniper 7.1 and it won't recognise it. Please help

whaaaat,,, There are no button in the volume rocker ... But we can change colors by touching the bulb icon under the volume rocker...
I can't download Fantech alto 7.1 hg26 software, It's downloading the wrong software on the official site, I see fewer features in that software, it's named SNIPER Audio 7.1-20191120. How to get the right software? I use Windows 11.

This versus the cloud stinger 2? Which do you reckon would be better? Stinger 2 has a little higher price, but it claims to also focus on midrange/budget users.
I had the same thing in mine. Personally i think that these are more comfortable. I haven't used either but these look more appealing
