Hi how are you. Thanks for sharing hour recovery information with us. I was diagnosed with epstein bair virus 2 and half years ago . Last years I did tests and it showed that it's gone. But my problem now is it has caused me chronic fatigue and last year december I started experiencing joint pain under my foot. Now I have joint pains all over. So I dnt knw if its arthritis or just chronic fatigue pains, my joints are always cruching and clicking when I move . I want to to know if its its normal with chronic fatigue and if u have experienced joint pains before?
Hi Nicole - thanks for your comment. Yes, it is normal to have joint pain - and many people with CFS also have Fibromyalgia, which is a general achy feeling all over, or in limbs and joints, which can be mild to severe. However, when we get to a 'certain' age, it's difficult to differentiate between these CFS/Fibromyalgia pains and arthritis, as they can be quite similar in my experience. I get aches in my hips which I'm told is arthritis, but also feels like Fibro pain. The sharp pain in my thumb is definitely arthritis though! I'm not a medical professional, so I would definitely suggest checking it over with your doctor before making any definite self diagnosis. If you have arthritis, I have found taking the spice turmeric (either in food or as a supplement) really helps. Hope this helps :)
