@@shanejive6292 just to let you know when you go to Walt Disney world there is one or two pins with wall-e and/eve are n them. There is also only socks with both on them. At the festival of the arts at Epcot there is only one or two paintings that you can get off of the Disney store website. At the Rivera there is just a painting there that is only at the upper suite at the Rivera that you can order an art piece of wall-e and you can only get it there in the gift shop. Now at Disneyland before the Pixar hotel was open and also Pixar pier you only seen wall-e and eve at Pixar fest and that's it. Then Pixar pier opened up and it was just a photo wall and a game to play as well. Then the Pixar hotel opened up and there is some wall-e on the walls and on the carpet as well. And that's it for the wall-e things. Wall-e and eve are not as big as Toy story from the same Pixar company. So that's why I said I am glad to see more wall-e in this Pixar place hotel because at Disney there is not a lot of them around the parks.
My husband and I stayed there twice with our kids back when it was still Paradise Pier and we loved the hotel and it's close proximity to the parks and the early-morning entries! Not sure I love the new Pixar-infused theme as much as we did when it was more California-themed but it is what it is! We enjoyed having a view of the park and watching the coaster zoom past our hotel window!!
I'm blessed I was able to go with my family as a kid. The pool was WAY better back then, though I think it was just the main Disney Hotel pool we used if I'm not mistaken...lots of greenery and pirate and mermaid theme. But I do prefer how the hotel looks now. ❤ Pretty neat move for them to do this theming for Pixar.
Thank you Chris and Amanda ! You made touring these hotels so much fun! And I think you are right! It looks like Disney has finally figured out that cheap interior decorating is just NOT Disney! Both these hotels have panache and style! Bravo Disney! And Bravo PPP! 💙💚
We stayed at Pixar Place three weeks ago and had a great time! Firework viewing on the pool deck was so comfortable and having the music piped in is a nice touch. Enjoyed the swimming pool which is well monitored with several lifeguards on watch . Wonderful being so close to the parks !
This place looks nice to stay at. Im.glad to see a few wall-e things. Shocked they gave him a huge mural at the front desk. I feel disney doesn't give wall-e enough love and attention. Cause when it comes to Pixar he is my #1 fave. Anything wall-e I need! Give this guy more Wall-e!!!!!!
Thanks for the previews (particularly for the Pixar Pier)! Last time I stayed there it was Paradise Pier and the biggest question I had was, "What to they have now instead of the beach balls?" ;) Everything looks nice and the DVC villas are definitely on my list. On a slightly separate note......one thing I never understood is why they call one DCA shop "Knicks Knacks" instead of "Knick Knacks." But thanks again!
Love it. We stayed at Pixar Place last summer during construction. I was great then! Can’t wait to try it again. Also, great seeing and hearing your wife and getting the ladies perspective! Thanks for all you do!
Thanks for always giving great tours and information. BTW I came across the episode where you and your wife went to dinner at club 21. My most favorite part really had nothing to do with the dinner or tour. My favorite part was when you told your wife how beautiful she looked. It has been six years since I have had my husband tell me that. He told me often how pretty I was... even if I was in jeans and a t-shirt. It is something I really miss hearing since he passed away. Please cherish all those little moments.
Looks great. We stayed there last oogie boogie bash. Did you happen to see one of the suites? We stayed in one pre renovation so wondering how it changed. Love your channel and can’t wait for all the wdw hotel videos.
Great tour!! Makes me want to visit again. Love that Disneyland is expanding their bubble. Hopefully they add another resort with the new approved expansion too.
Hey PPP Fans, Lets flood Disney with emails to get Chris into Club 33 And the Castle Suite at the Magic Kingdom. i can't think of anyone more deserving than Chris. Who is with me?
I’m so excited that we’re getting to stay here next June! We stayed when they were doing the remodeling in December of 22 and I’ve been waiting to be able to go see it again with the new things
Loved the video. I love all the history and hidden secrets. One thing you may have missed was the room by the coffee area is marked as A113. A113 is often hidden in Pixar movies. I think it was the class room number that a lot of the animators went to at the California Institute of the arts but I could be wrong on that.
Thank you for shoswing the kind of coffeepots. I never know when to bring k cups or loose coffee. Can you also look at the window coverings (I have insomnia and need black out curtains)? I also wouldn't mind knowing how the pillows and sheets are. Thank you, Chris! I look forward to your hotel experiment.
This is so exciting. I’m so glad you finally got there. We’re headed there for a week in September for the Halloween races and can’t wait. We just hope that the creators club is in full swing by then.❤
We had a large suite overlooking DCA! The room was beautiful but the pool area was very small & the water slides cold 😢 either way, we were fortunate to stay there. I just prefer the Disneyland hotel ❤
Ohmigosh I can't wait to see your take on the Beach Club! It's been my fav resort since I was a kid and I got to work there for a year in college so I'm excited to see(through you) if it's kept up
I am really excited about visiting this one. We were hoping to be able to make it this year but I've just now been laid off so I don't know that we're going to make that one happen, still going to make it a goal because goals can be achieved!
Hi! My husband and I are heading to Disneyland next week for the first time. Are they selling the Tigger Tails in any other treat locations now that Critter Country is closed?
Not as of 5/9. Checked every location in Disneyland, DCA, and downtown Disney. I hope they start selling them again before Pooh’s corner reopens. I miss them!
People mischaracterize this hotel ALL THE TIME. It is not a “value” hotel. It is closer to the park than the Disneyland Hotel. I think it is a great option. The bathroom upgrades are well appointed and noted.
People need to realize it’s a blessing to go to Disneyland in general in this economy. I don’t care where you stay if you can afford to go to Disney that’s a huge W let alone stay at a hotel and go to Disney.
It looks gorgeous! But in 10 years time, will they have kept on adding new films, or is it going to be looking dated - missing the latest hits? We stayed in the Villas a few months ago and honestly, I'd rather have a regular Disneyland Hotel room. The Studio room we had was very designer, not very - livable? like, didn't really have a desk / table to eat at, didn't have somewhere to put cases. The mirror slides to provide more closet space, but ours was already sticking and wobbly - that's a big heavy piece of glass you're trying to move and it doesn't want to! And with the murphy bed out, it's very hard to reach the closet. The one big thing that would have made the studio room work for us would have been if the murphy bed had been like the ones in Art of Animation where it's a table that folds away rather than a sofa! We didn't need a sofa, a loveseat in the corner, two stools... we needed a table and chairs, or a desk in the corner would have been useful. But trying to eat a jetlagged dinner, balanced on a low stool, at the bench almost up to my chin! Knowing what they have at Art of Animation, it would have been the perfect touch to have an actual table that folds away. But if I get another chance to stay at the Disneyland Hotel, I'd rather be in one of the classic old towers, where the rooms have been just perfect for decades!
Have you heard when the Creators Club will be open? We are staying in a club level room in June and I’m hoping it will be be open by then! Btw I love your videos 😁

My Wife and I have both just got motion sickness trying to watch this video. Way too much movement. Please slow down a little with the camera, thank you.
the pixar hotel is 100% underwhelming ...just a generic box hotel with disney art slapped on the walls is all I see...ZERO theming at all compared to the Grand Californian. ALL disney does now is cheap cheap cheap and charge you $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ love your videos but I know you can't really talk bad about disney or lose all your access!

I saw someone with your backpack at the toon town train and I thought it was you but I got scared to ask 😭
The fire pits are so clever!!! 🔥
So glad to see more of my favorite pixar movie wall-e in this hotel. This movie doesn't get alot of rep so i am glad they added those simple things
Agreed! Wall-e is the best and my favorite
You people be saying anything. In what universe is wall-e underrated? Just complaining about nothing
Wall-e is the best Disney movie of any type.

What a perfectly timed video, chris. Thank you very much. Me and my sweetie are coming here the third week of July. Really looking forward to it.

BTW, I just noticed. Thanks for using my provost hoodie picture on the merch site! Big smiles here now with my brand new smile I got a week ago. 😊❤
Wonderful! Glad to see you Amanda! 🧚

Wow!! This is AMAZING!!! Such a big honor! Thank you! That would be amazing ❤❤❤❤
I don't think that's how it works, but you can try! Good luck♡
I'm looking to book a Disneyland Hotel Studio for the Run Disney events in lat Jan early Feb. how did you get room tours of the villas?

Make sure when you go to each hotel, you gotta do the happy dance in front of each hotel you stay at!! My friend calls it the Beetle Juice dance LOL

Any disney hotel guests can use that entrance, fyi. You just scan your key card.
I see we are doing a warm up 🏨🥰
So nice to finally meet you, Chris!
Looks nice - just spent 5 days at the Residence Inn with the Kids Suite - lots of fun!
Finally yes Dug!😂
You should go to Gentings Skyworld in Malaysia that would be epic!!

Pixar Place, wasn't that the old Pan-Pacific Hotel, we had our Honeymoon in Disneyland and stayed at the Pan-Pacific!
Quickly scanned the first few comments it doesn't appear that anyone caught the Pixar themed backpack 0:07 (Bullseye) it looked like you were wearing.
I did! Thanks for mentioning it! Chris kept it on the down low! I, as well, was hoping he would display it!

Does Pixar Hotel have windows that open in the rooms? Or any balcony? Thank you! Love your videos!
Nope
I noticed the extra door in the closet
On the carpet, it wasn't just a truck. It was a tow truck.... lol
Woa
Me and the misses will argue which floor we want
Around The World in 20 Days!
Yes, you guys aren't joking -- sometimes kids will say "let's go back to the hotel and swim" while AT DISNEY :0
Does the Pixar Place Hotel have anything for A Bugs Life? I am sad I feel like that movie is always left out and it is my favorite!
I feel bad for the lifeguards when there's no one at the pool on a hot sunny day.
I think after your 20 hotel challenge. You are going to have to add in the flush scale here and there for future videos. It’s not the same !
Kids already decided that's where we are staying next time. Especially with the secret DCA entrance. But when does Disneyland start opening reservations for 2025? You can for Disney World.
PPP at the PP hotel
GO TO NEW THEAM PARKS PLEASE :knots berry farm, Silverwood, dollywood,Hollywood, cedar point, magic Kingdom, six flags, ect
That wasn’t Coco. That was Miguel from the movie “Coco” Mama Coco was the old lady that died at the end of the movie.

Nothing Onward related? 😞
How much a night? Must be expensive.
Shush! No way! 🤗
i think they could have done a but better and a bit more like the rooms different themes like actually monsters on 13 in therooms
did he call Miguel, "Coco"??
At the Disney hotel you went to
Chris it's Miguel not Coco.

It's way better than when it was paradise pier. Disney is not the original owner/builder of this hotel. There's only so much they can do.
I can’t remember which video you gave your email address in. How can I email you???
Huge Disney fan! But this place looks like a corporate office building on the outside.
