Such a great tour, you didn't miss a beat anywhere. My three favorites here: 1. Large Island 2. Hidden Garbage/Recycling/Laundry 3. Pantry and Tea Station (okay fine that's four, I couldn't narrow it down to three). :)

Without a doubt a STUNNING kitchen design! But I geek out as much on what’s BEHIND the walls as what’s visible in the rooms. So how about a video on your choice of “invisible” materials to make your home more eco friendly? What materials did you use to insulate it? Air seal? What was you blower door test rating? Since you opened nearly every wall, did you make an effort to reduce thermal bridging? How about plumbing - cast iron vs PVC? Let’s look really behind the scenes ( i.e. the drywall) at the small details that make you home function and increase its energy efficiency!

😊Beautiful and refined, classical kitchens are always the best. I realise this is also an advert for the company that supplied it. Jonathan will definitely have ‘earned’ this kitchen as it will have been ‘gifted’ to him….but I’m 100% okay with that. It’s a great promotion for exceptional quality goods.
