That is not entirely true. Most of fully funded scholarships are for domestic students only. Plus there is a lot of search dissertation work needed to be done before you graduate. PR chances are more or less the same as masters or bachelors because of the age factor

Try to watch the video again. We never mentioned that 'EVERYBODY' is going to get a PR. You need to be capable and meet the criteria therefore not everybody is guaranteed a PR in Australia
