- In episode 39 of Stuck on Sawdust I build a project that never fails me and sells ever time I post them. This is my go to project when I need extra cash !
It’s spring time and the best time to sell like crazy in your shop and online stores / . Daylight savings has arrived and it’s time to be outside so we are going to be building a caddy with our own spin on it . ! All entertainment all the time ! #woodworking #diy

I'm a huge fan of good teachers, good, solid teaching, and having a great time doing it. I really appreciate your encouragement brother. Opening your videos with encouraging words, quotes, famous sayings of people who've failed more than they succeeded in life. You somehow manage to illustrate an example of over coming something that doesn't quite turn out the way you originally intended, and exemplify how to overcome these occurrences.😎🤓🤠 Not to blow any smoke up your ars, but That's what successful, strong people do. Carry on Brother.
Skål 🫡 thank you kind sir . What you’ve described in this comment is the main mission of this channel ! Very humbled and happy to hear this comment . You’re an absolute rock star 💫
I do all my resawing with a 1/2" 3TPI blade. My bandsaw is a 10". It only accepts up to a half inch. I make boards out of fallen tree limbs for my keepsake boxes.
I have a 3/4” 3 tpi on the way and the package that arrived wasn’t it ! Lmao 🤣
Btw I added the brass dowels to handle on either side with epoxy to help reinforce the glue
Nice.
Great job ye old "Bearded One".... Very good video! Thanks!
My pleasure bro thank you
I got sidetracked. Actually talking up your channel. Just noticed what you’re building. That’s looking pretty cool 😎.
Hey thanks 😎
Man, time flies! Been watching you nearly 6 Months, and been a Member for 4 of those. SUPER happy I found d this Channel. I've not only learned alot, but been entertained along the way. I truly feel that I've gained a friend in the process as well. Thanks Daniel
Hell yeah ! Man love ya brother ! You’re so appreciated
Wow that’s so nice! Stoked to make some for wedding gifts.
Super fun build
Great video & project by the o&o BVW🤜 🤛. I looked but may have missed - do you have anything on a desktop caddy for a pen 🖊️ pusher/computer keyboard 💻 commando like myself & many others working an office job everyday?
I have a fairly small desk with a regular sized desktop computer, printer 🖨️, generic plastic pen/pencil carousel with a spot for small items like paper clips, etc.
Been in need of a kickass one! Who other comes to mind when I say kickass than the BVW 👊. I suck at design.
Any chance of throwing something together like this for the channel? Might be a hit for many other office peeps also 🤷🏻♂️.
Adding minimal paper storage. A spot for scissors ✂️, small calculator & other related desk items not mentioned 🤔??
It would be great to see! Thanks brutha for even the consideration if anything. Awesome channel, content, & interaction effort being put forth with your subbers.

I would love to make something like this. Stay tuned
Glad to see you have that bandsaw featured. Awesome video once again.
Thanks Rich !
Damn Daniel! You really put a spin on this beer/wine caddy! Even if I made something similar out of pallet wood, I'd try to sell it for around $100
I think Grizzly will be pleased with your use of the bandsaw, even if you couldn't do any resawing with it until your new blade comes in. I love this Stuck on Sawdust series! I hope you keep them coming!
Indeed pop ! Thank you brother
Another entertaining video thanks
My pleasure
Very nice work … I added this one to my note book 📖 😁🇺🇸👍👍🏆
Hell yeah brother thanks man
Another great build my friend you do awesome wood working I'm going to build something like that for my sister
Sweet !! Happy to hear this . Your sister will love it
You could put a magnet to catch bottle caps.
I was looking around the flea market a few weeks ago and found about 20 lbs of the square nails. I paid $10 for it. Been loving the look on my boxes.
Hell yeah man that’s awesome bro
Hello All you badass rockstars.
Knocking it out of the park my guy! Meet me at the bandsaw! YEESSSS
Yes !!! SIR !!!
Love the caddy and the way you did the handle!🎉
I would put a small brass rod through both side of the handle. The reason is you have a glued surface with cross grain wood connections (ie: end grain and face grain) and under the load of a couple full bottles of wine and a couple beer bottles in hot temps the handle glue joint could very well fail.
Thanks for the feedback , I’ll do that ! Skål 🫡
I’m not a drinker but this looks great. I’m pretty much a novice when it comes to woodworking but I’m also cheap… er, I mean frugal. I hate throwing out any wood. I was gifted some cutoffs of tongue and grove flooring and have a collection of the parts I removed. I now know I can use then to support the bottom panels of stuff. Thanks a lot and thanks for sharing. Yes, I am binge watching all your videos.
Amazing!!!🤩 thanks so much brother
Addadaba a like it alot 😮. Looks widked Daniel and made that and the video in 1 day bravo 👏👏 you da man. May try couple these one in hardwood and maybe cheaper option out pallet wiod have some cedar pallets aswell may make some stripe ones. And maybe try turning the handle. Looks awesome may steal this and spin it. Thanks for live last night really helped me. 👍🏴
Hell yeah brother
@@Bearded-Viking-WoodWorks awesome. An heading the shop for a bit tonight so hopefully will be up bit later if you go live catch ya later 👍🏴
Bandsaw is my favorite place to be. Good job Danial.
Thanks brother
Well some beach, I just started a very similar build😂 Love ur spin on it, and those figured woods are gorgeous 👌
Hell yeah bro
Nice work, but I’d be a little bit worried about that handle staying secure with the weight of a couple of full bottles and all the accessories relying on just glue. Maybe a small brass screw in each end would make me feel a lot more confident about carrying it?
Can’t get it all filmed , I wound up using brass dowel for handle
Always wanted to see you make a wine caddy! Love it!
Nailed it ! Skål 🫡
I am late as usual. LOL. This came out really nice Daniel! I really do enjoy these smaller projects. They are far less overwhelming to me as a newbee.
Awesome Sheela ‘
Last time I was loling at his rusty tool and tight nuts on his bench, now he has a nice black chopper on show😂😂
I like this stuck on sawdust series, I often can’t watch the lives due to work/time difference but these are really good and explanation is A1 too
Thx Danial 👍🏻💪🏻
Man it is my absolute pleasure ! Thank you
My wife is officially banned from your channel cause she keeps me wanting me to make these cool projects! LOL. Love the vids bro.
🤣 hot damn brother ! Skål 🫡
Another great build! I bet it sells fast!
Cool beans 😎 🍾🥂🎉 Great Vid D 🔥 as always 🤘🏼
Thanks Kat ! Oh nooooooo ! We gotta get you some more Viking horns !
Asap !
Daniel… wow now thats nice! I was looking at hitting some wineries craft fairs this year and was thinking something like this would be a great option! As soon as my shop is done I’ll be making something like these! Thank you again for always inspiring us! And give the geese a hug for me I love them!
Hell yeah ! I’m gonna be making many of these
Love it Daniel. Looks great.
Thank you
What's up!!, heard you on Charlie Kirk podcast and immediately subscribed, I do some wood working and looking forward to checking out some videos, thanks for what you are doing to get people registered to vote and hopefully we can save this country!
MP from western North Carolina
Hey that’s awesome man ! Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving feedback brother . Skål 🫡
What's happening Brother! I just wanted to say hi, and of course, thanks!
What’s up brother
Thanks for sharing
My pleaseure
You are rockin' that bandsaw with some skills!
Been practicing 🤣
For added strength, i would have put a dowel through each side of the handle. A 3/16" diameter would work well.
👍🏼
Your using Fiji water to wipe down your glue? Your a real Rockstar.😂😂💵💵💵
🤣 hot damn !
Always fun to watch, I know how much it takes to build and produce a video, that’s why I don’t have a TH-cam channel. Nice project but I was wondering what the consensus is when it comes to the bottom. I never use anything but half inch of material for all my bottoms of boxes and trays unless it’s small. I think that it sounds and feels better when handling and setting down. Thoughts?
3/16” solid curly walnut is just fine brother , I put 3/16”-1/4” MDF or ply and some times solid wood in the bottoms of all of some of my jewelry boxes , desk drawers and have never had issues
Addadabaglue that's going to be stuck in my head every time I guide something up
Haha 🤣
Daniel...you have so many awesome quotes in your videos. I do hand carved wood signs. Could I use your quotes? If not that's fine but I wanted to ask first. So love your channel.
Brother of course . Skål 🫡
Super project Daniel! Will you add anything to the finish since shellac and alcohol don't play well together?
Laquer
meet me at the BANDSAW!! Congrats Big D!
Thanks my brother ! Skal 🫡
Great videos! Thanks! I made a couple different lentgth centering gauges and it has really sped up getting a center mark for resawing.
Nice ! 👍 thank you brother
Beautiful. I hope I can get a band saw one day. I hope my skill level gets close to yours one day. Bought my first 2 pieces of exotic wood today. Purple heart 1 1/2x3/4x16" and olive wood 1 1/2x1 1/2x 12". Gonna make a couple money clips and a couple other small things. Im 2 weeks when i go back to Asheville im going to get more wood.
You will my friend ! Love ya bro
Hey Daniel. Just a funny haha...you need a sound effect of a donkey, not a goat when you say "jackass"! 😅😂 Just my 2 cents worth tonight.
🤣 1 for the algorithm
Another day another dollar
Damn right.
There is noting in life hard its just not understood understanding is learning.
Very well said bro
I admit, I always laugh at the addadabofglue bit.
😂 awesome man.
I love the " this video is sponsered by nobody" ha ha ha
lol thanks my friend
What type of blade is on your table saw?
Thin kerf rip blade flat tooth , diablo
@@Bearded-Viking-WoodWorks Thanks.
Personally, I wouldn't let those geese say that to me.
Lmao 🤣
How can I get plans
Not sure if I have this exact build plans yet but here is my Etsy store where I have others and will have this one soon deeprootcreationsco.etsy.com
Hey bro- as one of your 112,000 subscribers- can I ask you a favor? Can you please start your video with a picture of the finished product? Watching you measure and cut and babble would be more exciting if I saw what you’re making- otherwise, you can get a bit boring…
I have no problem doing this for ya , I typically do show what I’m making as I typically put spin on the things I make , so I kinda feel that showing the spin at the beginning of the video is defeating the whole purpose but I’m willing to try this for ya
Here’s one issue. When you go once a day into “live videos” and make 28 a week, it’s really hard to find the info I wanna watch. Personally, I don’t have that much time to watch any of the “live” videos. But the way TH-cam plays this stuff, often I lose the content that I enjoy like this within only your content overall. I am not complaining really. I know that I am one of a million maybe. But too much content sometimes loses people and they lose interests or time searching for their thing. I hope your the bad a%@ and I am the idiot. I congratulate you for throwing things on the wall to see if they stick. I just happen to be the ahole that tries to balance honest and very appreciative of you work. You the real bad arse in getting crap done and trying things.
Thanks for the feedback , I think I’ll start deleting the lives after a day , that may help a bit
