I’ve became really stoic on this semen retention journey. I used to like this girl at my job but came to the conclusion that she doesn’t really like me and just wants my energy and attention. She’s an energy vampire. I totally cut her off and now she’s been trying to make the work environment very hostile for me. I ignore all of her childish games and actions towards me everyday. If I wasn’t on semen retention I would have reacted emotionally and would have been fired.
