No it doesn't. She has a 4 octave range, and is a light lyric soprano. Her lower notes are the ones more "out of her range". Who cares why she lips them, there could be various reasons.
But live at a concert she's never whistled anything above a F6. She doesn't know how to master the whistle tones so she posts videos online so she can have a bigger range.

Plus it always sounded the same.

of course singers mostly lipped the highnotes when they know they can't. continuous live shows and world tour is so exhausting and its not good that they need to push it even though they're not feeling well, even though they got enough sleep, but their vocal cords still needs more rest.

I personally think Uncasville was her best performance. For most of the performance she took out her ear piece because the arena was so small! And the bass is great there, but it only projects outward (away from the stage) and is so clear!
What about Santiago or Sunrise? you obv put here these videos to drag her down, this song was the last of all on the setlist so after 2 hours dancing and singing she couldn't hit the Note perfectly or lip synced, but after all we all Know that she can hit this note flawless, check her Sunrise performance ;) sorry for bad english

Doing a Bb5 note won't damage if you do it right, but for 1 she does it constantly over and over on tour and 2 she doesn't do them perfectly technique wise so damage is to be expected

I mean, she starts the build up at F#5 that is hard too... and that's why she may get tired really fast. If she sang the Bb5 as a peak (like the A5s in Santa Tell Me)I think she would be able to hit it consistently

Ariana Pendrell If she's taking care of her voice: 1. She would not sing nasally. 2. She would not sing in her throat(sometimes it happens). 3. She would not sing in her "whistles" which are actually disconnected falsettos and as what you said she has limits and her disconnected falsettos are WAY past her tessitura. 4. She needs to learn breath control(she breathes between words like her problem performances live). 5. She needs to stop being shouty at G#5-Bb5 belts. And she should also learn how to RESONATE and ENUNCIATE well. If she does all these things than she will be a great singer.
Mariah is just 45 so I won't consider that old. Atleast when Mariah was young she doesn't put her face with so much make up unlike Ariana. Plus Mariah's technique is one of the best in the music industry and her ORIGINALITY in singing made her legendary.
Range =/= quality. Shouty Bb5's that sound unpleasant done with very bad technique(shouting). And Ariana doesn't use chest voice completely in belting notes G#5 above. She uses a very heady mix + nasal technique so her belts doesn't contain resonance. Listen to aretha and patti and you'll know how a Bb5 should be belted. Oh and Ariana doesn't even use head voice or the whistle register.

The break free note changing where she harmonized the second verse after the first chorus, the hitting of BMB G#5 and Bb5..in her new leg she hit it always differently in Tampa the Bb5 was a lil bit sustained, in Sunrise the G#5 was sustained and the Bb5 was repeated 3 times with another one after and in Louisville she hit it 2 times..so you can easily understand when she is lipping cuz she has the habit of always hitting notes in different ways and when you hear that she always hit the G#5 with the same force and resonance (she's the queen of G#5) and the Bb5 (ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME) with the same voice quality and just 1 times without vocal runs or other amazing stuff..well it makes me think that she's lipping..and I don't mean to hate her by saying that she's lipping it's not my intention it's just to make people realize that she's not perfect (this makes her more human and amazing for me) and that she has her limits like every single person in this world..

of course singers mostly lipped the highnotes when they know they can't. continuous live shows and world tour is so exhausting and its not good that they need to push it even though they're not feeling well, even though they got enough sleep, but their vocal cords still needs more rest.
How do you know if it's lipped or not? I know nothing about singing but they all sound live and different to me, also how can you tell if it was with ease or difficulty? I have no idea how you can tell those things but I think that's really cool that you can :)
I personally think Uncasville was her best performance. For most of the performance she took out her ear piece because the arena was so small! And the bass is great there, but it only projects outward (away from the stage) and is so clear!

Doing a Bb5 note won't damage if you do it right, but for 1 she does it constantly over and over on tour and 2 she doesn't do them perfectly technique wise so damage is to be expected

Idk why any artist would lip sync just because they can't hit the notes. When Demi could barely go to an F5 she didn't lip sync, she just didn't even try to hit the notes. Ari is a powerhouse but her voice just needs rest. I'm not gonna pay to go see an singer and have them lip sync. Ariana Pendrell She actually can, but I think that hitting the limits of your range night after night is not safe even if done with the proper technique... plus, that Bb5 is a build-up or at least something similar, because she sings "Be mine" (Eb5-F#5-G#5) "at my side" (F#5-G#5-Bb5!). I mean, she starts the build up at F#5 that is hard too... and that's why she may get tired really fast. If she sang the Bb5 as a peak (like the A5s in Santa Tell Me)I think she would be able to hit it consistently

1. She would not sing nasally.
2. She would not sing in her throat(sometimes it happens).
3. She would not sing in her "whistles" which are actually disconnected falsettos and as what you said she has limits and her disconnected falsettos are WAY past her tessitura.
4. She needs to learn breath control(she breathes between words like her problem performances live).
5. She needs to stop being shouty at G#5-Bb5 belts.
And she should also learn how to RESONATE and ENUNCIATE well. If she does all these things than she will be a great singer.
Mariah is just 45 so I won't consider that old. Atleast when Mariah was young she doesn't put her face with so much make up unlike Ariana. Plus Mariah's technique is one of the best in the music industry and her ORIGINALITY in singing made her legendary.
Range =/= quality. Shouty Bb5's that sound unpleasant done with very bad technique(shouting). And Ariana doesn't use chest voice completely in belting notes G#5 above. She uses a very heady mix + nasal technique so her belts doesn't contain resonance. Listen to aretha and patti and you'll know how a Bb5 should be belted. Oh and Ariana doesn't even use head voice or the whistle register.

i don't understand why everything is lipped, just because it sounds always the same. i mean that's her job? why does she have to do these notes every single time different? she has to do it how it is in the song. ugh (sry for my english i'm german)
Well because it's her thing..I mean no one asks her to always change notes or how she hit them but every time she always improve and prove that she can do her stuff very well and she's not just a commercial music girl..want examples? The break free note changing where she harmonized the second verse after the first chorus, the hitting of BMB G#5 and Bb5..in her new leg she hit it always differently in Tampa the Bb5 was a lil bit sustained, in Sunrise the G#5 was sustained and the Bb5 was repeated 3 times with another one after and in Louisville she hit it 2 times..so you can easily understand when she is lipping cuz she has the habit of always hitting notes in different ways and when you hear that she always hit the G#5 with the same force and resonance (she's the queen of G#5) and the Bb5 (ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME) with the same voice quality and just 1 times without vocal runs or other amazing stuff..well it makes me think that she's lipping..and I don't mean to hate her by saying that she's lipping it's not my intention it's just to make people realize that she's not perfect (this makes her more human and amazing for me) and that she has her limits like every single person in this world..
