Dude, I bought this unit before seeing your video. I'm excited and scared now. It was a good investment for my small business, but I have much to learn. I'd appreciate seeing more of what you do and learning about the upgrades.
@@C_MR_WYld307 thank you I appreciate it. I’m happy to answer any questions. If you have Facebook you can look me up. Ensign Designs and like the page and message me there
Thank you I appreciate that. It’s been a great journey and will be posting more projects soon. Any questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to help out
@@TripleBWoodworking awesome that’s great. The only time I don’t use it is when a piece doesn’t sit flat. Then I’ll use the clamps. I will be investing in a planer soon.

Great video review. Check your link for the tape.
Awesome thank you for the support. The tape has worked good in a lot of applications. But not every project
@@EnsignDesignsyou have some hashtags on your link for the tape causing it not to go to Amazon.
@@TripleBWoodworkingtry it now I edited it. I just clicked on them and it takes to to Amazon now. Let me know if there’s any issues
Its working now. Thats the same tape that I intend to use for my cnc projects.@@EnsignDesigns

How did you get the router in the adapter?
I used a cylinder honing stone. Found at automotive stores or harbor freight. Honed it out a little bigger and slide right in.
do you have any experience with working with aluminum? I'm personally working with 1mm thick sheets and want to cut out smaller panels
It will struggle, be really slow, but it will do it. I did some tiny 5mm thick aluminium pieces with mine.
