Love Fallbrook! Such a quaint little town tucked in the side of the hill with great afternoon breezes coming off the ocean. We brought property near by. The house is beautiful. Enjoy your vacay.

A house that upgraded as a short term rental gives me the impression the owner is renting it to offset some expenses until it gets sold. Seems a pattern when the home seller market shifts for the worse. It’s beautiful so take advantage of it sooner than later. It might not last long.
Aloha Molly- Thanks for the tour, super nice! Random question- do you know what range the home has? We are looking for a convection range with a side by side oven. We would love a gas range but would be too much under ground work to install it :(. They are really hard to find and I noticed they have one in this home. Thanks!

Beautiful home. Love the relaxing vibe. The video is so many cuts though lol not saying it in a mean way I swear. I’m sure editing isn’t easy but the choppy cuts every three seconds are a bit much. But overall great video & cute dress!!

Going to save this listing for my next vacay. Love how the owner put lots of thought into the details. We stay in nightly rental properties all over and I can tell this one is a winner. Did you spot all of the hooks in the bathrooms for towels?
