I made Japanese curry a few days ago. My son's grandmother is from Japan, and she taught me how to make a curry stew, with chicken, potatoes, onion and carrots. It's so good! We had some leftover, so the next night I made omelets with cheddar cheese and poured the curry stew over the top. You should definitely try Japanese curry with cheddar because the 2 taste amazing together!

I eat West Indian curry and that just has chopped goat, chicken, whatever else with potatos on a bed of rice or wrapped up in roti. Not as pretty as Japanese style curry.
