This was more helpful than i orginally thought it would be. This is my first year starting in commerical/ residential plowing with a truck and this will give me just a extra piece of mind in the background. Again thank you for this and keep on hustling
Great In depth explanation on areas covered including the all important CYA's lol. Awesome that you're willing to share the doc. Good luck this winter bud.
Thanks! Yeah I always recommend getting professional help wherever possible in business. After all there are people that specialize in this stuff and accounting and everything that I definitely don't specialize in. Just sharing what I've learned from them!
I am interested in what all is in your contract for snow removal. I also am In upstate NY. This is my first year in business and was in process of making my contracts.
wow that's a big contract! I wouldn't even know how to price something that big. I do mostly residential and a few commercials but my biggest commercial property takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and I charged around 12 grand this year
Really nice to see such an detailed video with all the information. Great for newbies like me wanting to venture into the world of snow plowing. Wish you all the best and hopefully one day I am able to share my knowledge and help out others like how you are. That being said, where can I download a copy of these to go over. Thanks again
I guess it depends on the mailbox. Most of the time the road plows get pretty close so I just have to push it back a foot or so. As i'm approaching or leaving the driveway i just drop my blade and make a swipe. I don't like to spend more time in the road than I have to
Aloha. I sent an email regarding sample documents. We would like to offer this service to housing communities and commercially, can you share how we would approach such entities to offer snow plowing for the upcoming season 2023-2024?
I get a lot of emails, there's a chance I missed it. Can you send me another email and make sure to put something in the subject box pertaining to snowplow contract? Thanks! borsellinohomeservices@gmail.com

Glad it was helpful!
This was actually really helpful, getting ready for my first plow season also in NY.
I actually specify how turf damage will be repaired. Basically dirt and seed. So I don't have customers coming at me looking for sod.
Interesting. Sod isn't really much of a thing around these parts I'd be surprised if someone expected that but good to know
It's that time of year again! ❄
LOL totally is!
Nick, this was so helpful. thanks from fellow NYer

Hey! I recognize the Aloha! Don't get many of those. seeing this comment after we already chatted via email :)
What part of upstate NY?
I'm in Cazenovia which is about 25 min South-East of Syracuse. Higher elevation though so we get a lot more snow than Syracuse.
@@BorsellinoHomeServices Nice I am 30min south of Rochester Just purchased a truck with a plow on it from Victory NY and was thinking about plowing.
I sent a request for the document but still no response 😢
