Sir I have one query...Sir I have been using plain minoxidil (sometime Mintop/ sometime Regain) for continuous 8 months from August 2020 to March 2021 but couldn’t get any benefit, neither the hair regrowth nor the improvement in existing hair health or thickness. I didn’t even notice any early hair shedding in the beginning of the treatment that’s why I suppose plain minoxidil is useless for me but it has given me one side effect, it has bloated my face.. now my face always looks chubby even though I exercise daily (atleast 3-4 times a week) as my job allows and also I am eating healthy diet. I have always been fit since past 3-4 years but since I have been using minoxidil, my face looks chubbier and bloated...my close friends have started to notice this thing and they always say “you have become unfit/ unhealthy now a days gym छोड़ दिया क्या” but in reality, Sir I have become more strict on my diet, eating very less carbs even though I have started to loose weight but still my face doesn’t look sharp like old days, it still looks bloated and chubbier. Sir what should I do? I really want to quit minoxidil as it is not giving me any positive result rather it is giving me this face bloating side effect. I am scared to stop minoxidil as I have heard from many sources that hair loss becomes double after stopping minoxidil. So plz sir kindly help me. How should I stop minoxidil step by step?
